【摘要】:目前,我國汽車行業(yè)正在經(jīng)歷突飛猛進(jìn)的發(fā)展,2015年累計(jì)生產(chǎn)汽車2450.33萬輛,銷售汽車2459.76萬輛,是世界產(chǎn)銷冠軍。在汽車行業(yè)迅猛發(fā)展和人們消費(fèi)水平逐漸提高的背景下,汽車質(zhì)量問題就越來越受到人們的重視,因此為達(dá)到消費(fèi)者目前的消費(fèi)需求,汽車配件安全檢測也顯得尤為重要。加強(qiáng)企業(yè)產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量管理,提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量已經(jīng)成為比較熱門課題之一,本研究以提高公司產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量為目標(biāo),研究質(zhì)量管理流程優(yōu)化理論,對企業(yè)流程進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。CSS公司是一家由國家試驗(yàn)機(jī)行業(yè)歸口研究所轉(zhuǎn)制而來的混合所有制的企業(yè),現(xiàn)在主要產(chǎn)品是汽車零部件檢測試驗(yàn)機(jī)和材料力學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)備。因此CSS公司也應(yīng)該順應(yīng)目前試驗(yàn)機(jī)發(fā)展的大趨勢,牢牢抓住發(fā)展企業(yè),提高企業(yè)實(shí)力的機(jī)會。本研究以CSS公司產(chǎn)前質(zhì)量管理為研究對象,對現(xiàn)有流程中存在問題的地方進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),主要包括六部分內(nèi)容。第一部分是緒論,概括了本課題的研究背景與意義,研究思路和研究方法及主要研究內(nèi)容。第二部分是相關(guān)理論綜述,結(jié)合國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,分析流程優(yōu)化的演進(jìn),對流程和流程優(yōu)化的概念進(jìn)行界定,再確定選擇關(guān)鍵業(yè)務(wù)流程的三種主要方法:流程圖分析法、觀察調(diào)查法和績效矩陣法。再明確流程優(yōu)化的原則及系統(tǒng)改造法和全新設(shè)計(jì)法兩種流程優(yōu)化方法。第三部分是CSS公司汽車配件試驗(yàn)機(jī)的產(chǎn)前質(zhì)量管理現(xiàn)狀和流程診斷,確定了預(yù)選供應(yīng)商、配件檢驗(yàn)入庫和試驗(yàn)機(jī)配件質(zhì)量問題解決三個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)流程,作為流程優(yōu)化的主要內(nèi)容。第四部分是對三個(gè)主要流程的優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì),主要采用系統(tǒng)改造法,設(shè)計(jì)新的流程圖。第五部分是流程優(yōu)化后的實(shí)施保障措施,第六部分是研究結(jié)論與展望。
[Abstract]:At present, the automobile industry of our country is experiencing the development by leaps and bounds, in 2015 the accumulative total production automobile 24.5033 million, sells the automobile 24.5976 million, is the world production and marketing champion. With the rapid development of automobile industry and the gradual improvement of people's consumption level, people pay more and more attention to the problem of automobile quality. Therefore, in order to meet the consumer's current consumer demand, it is particularly important to detect the safety of automobile parts. Strengthening enterprise product quality management and improving product quality has become one of the hot topics. This research aims at improving the product quality of the company, and studies the theory of quality management process optimization. The optimization design of the enterprise flow. CSS is a mixed ownership enterprise transformed from the National testing Machine Industry Research Institute. Now the main products are the automobile parts testing machine and the material mechanics experimental equipment. Therefore, CSS Company should conform to the trend of the development of the testing machine, firmly grasp the opportunity to develop enterprises and improve the strength of enterprises. In this study, CSS Prenatal quality Management (PQM) is taken as the research object, and the existing problems in the process are optimized and designed, including six parts. The first part is the introduction, which summarizes the research background and significance, research ideas, research methods and main research content. The second part is a review of relevant theories, combined with the current research situation at home and abroad, analyzes the evolution of process optimization, defines the concept of process and process optimization, and then determines the three main methods of selecting key business processes: flow chart analysis. Observe investigation method and performance matrix method. Then the principle of process optimization and two process optimization methods, system modification method and new design method, are clarified. The third part is the status quo of prenatal quality management and process diagnosis of CSS auto parts testing machine. It determines the pre-selection supplier, spare parts inspection storage and testing machine spare parts quality problems to solve three business processes, as the main content of process optimization. The fourth part is the optimization design of the three main processes, mainly using the system transformation method, design a new flow chart. The fifth part is the implementation safeguard measure after the process optimization, the sixth part is the research conclusion and the prospect.
