多功能森林消防車改進設(shè)計及分析

【摘要】:森林火災(zāi)是世界上最為嚴重的自然災(zāi)害和突發(fā)公共危機事件之一。在在對抗森林火災(zāi)的設(shè)備中,森林消防車起到了非常重要的作用,它可以及時地將消防人員和消防設(shè)備帶到受災(zāi)區(qū)域。目前我國在自主研發(fā)森林消防車方面取得了一定的效果,但與發(fā)達國家相比,主要還是研究運載能力和通過性能,新型技術(shù)和現(xiàn)代材料的應(yīng)用相對不足,其技術(shù)水平、功能和效率均落后于發(fā)達國家。因此,研發(fā)一款多功能森林消防車具有重要的工程意義。本文針對課題的設(shè)計要求提出了多功能森林消防車的總體設(shè)計構(gòu)想,闡述了多功能森林消防車的功能設(shè)計,根據(jù)技術(shù)指標(biāo)對動力裝置參數(shù)和底盤進行了選配,接著從整車形式、尺寸參數(shù)、質(zhì)量參數(shù)、輪胎和整車總體布置對消防車進行總體的設(shè)計;谡嚨目傮w設(shè)計要求,對消防車前部的頂撞裝置、后部的開溝器和車箱結(jié)構(gòu)進行了結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計。依據(jù)部件的結(jié)構(gòu)功能與要求,確定結(jié)構(gòu)方案,并利用有限元對部件進行強度校核。分析結(jié)果表明,改裝設(shè)計均達到功能以及結(jié)構(gòu)的強度和剛度要求。同時根據(jù)企業(yè)要求,對選用底盤中的車架和橋殼在車身結(jié)構(gòu)改進后的工況下進行了有限元分析。對車架進行了彎曲、扭轉(zhuǎn)和轉(zhuǎn)彎三種典型工況的靜態(tài)分析;對橋殼進行了最大垂向力、最大縱向力和最大側(cè)向力工況的靜態(tài)分析。并對關(guān)鍵承載部件橋殼、車架和車箱分別進行了模態(tài)分析和疲勞壽命分析。分析結(jié)果表明,車架、橋殼和車箱均滿足設(shè)計要求。同時論文還應(yīng)用Cruise軟件建立消防車的整車模型,對其動力性和經(jīng)濟性進行分析,得到最大車速、最大爬坡度、加速時間,以及等速工況和UDC循環(huán)工況下的百公里油耗。然后從最大牽引力和越過臺階壕溝能力兩個方面對消防車的通過性能進行了分析,最后對消防車的側(cè)翻閾值進行了計算。通過設(shè)計分析表明:研發(fā)的多功能森林消防車適合我國國情,具有較高的動力性能、通過性能和高效滅火性能的綜合作戰(zhàn)能力,為我國的森林消防提供了一種現(xiàn)代化技術(shù)裝備。
[Abstract]:Forest fire is one of the most serious natural disasters and public emergencies in the world. Forest fire engines play a very important role in fighting against forest fires. They can bring fire fighters and equipment to the affected areas in time. At present, our country has achieved certain results in independently developing forest fire engines, but compared with the developed countries, it is mainly concerned with the research of carrying capacity and passing performance, the application of new technology and modern materials is relatively insufficient, and its technical level. Function and efficiency lag behind developed countries. Therefore, the development of a multi-purpose forest fire truck has important engineering significance. According to the design requirements of the project, this paper puts forward the overall design conception of the multi-function forest fire engine, expounds the function design of the multi-function forest fire engine, selects the parameters and chassis of the power plant according to the technical index, and then from the form of the whole vehicle, Dimension parameters, quality parameters, tire and vehicle overall layout for the overall design of fire engines. Based on the overall design requirements of the whole vehicle, the structure of the front part of the fire engine, the rear part of the trench opener and the structure of the trunk are designed. According to the structural functions and requirements of the components, the structural scheme is determined, and the strength of the components is checked by finite element method. The analysis results show that the modified design meets the requirements of function and the strength and stiffness of the structure. At the same time, according to the requirements of the enterprise, finite element analysis is carried out on the frame and the axle shell of the chassis under the condition of the improved body structure. The static analysis of the frame under three typical conditions of bending, torsion and turning, and the static analysis of the maximum vertical force, the maximum longitudinal force and the maximum lateral force of the bridge shell are carried out. The modal analysis and fatigue life analysis of the key load-bearing parts, such as the axle housing, the frame and the carbox, are carried out respectively. The analysis results show that the frame, the axle housing and the car box all meet the design requirements. At the same time, the whole vehicle model of fire engine is established by using Cruise software, and its power performance and economy are analyzed. The maximum speed, the maximum climbing slope, the acceleration time and the fuel consumption of 100 km under the constant speed working condition and the UDC cycle condition are obtained. Then the performance of the fire engine is analyzed from two aspects: maximum traction force and the ability to cross the trench. Finally, the rollover threshold of the fire engine is calculated. The design analysis shows that the developed multi-function forest fire engine is suitable for China's national conditions and has higher dynamic performance. Through the comprehensive combat capability of performance and high efficiency extinguishing performance, it provides a modern technical equipment for forest fire fighting in our country.
