【摘要】：邦迪管作為汽車行業(yè)大量應(yīng)用的制動(dòng)油管,其各項(xiàng)性能指標(biāo)直接影響車輛駕乘人員的安全。而邦迪管表面防護(hù)涂層的好壞直接關(guān)系到管材的抗腐蝕、抗沖擊性能。隨著汽車工業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,對(duì)邦迪管表面涂層生產(chǎn)工藝技術(shù)的研究顯得更加重要。本文為一條新建的邦迪管PA涂層生產(chǎn)線設(shè)計(jì)并開發(fā)了整套自動(dòng)化控制系統(tǒng),通過(guò)對(duì)整條生產(chǎn)線的組成工藝段進(jìn)行簡(jiǎn)要分析介紹,列出被控對(duì)象的特點(diǎn)及控制要求,結(jié)合作者對(duì)類似生產(chǎn)線控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)集成經(jīng)驗(yàn),以經(jīng)濟(jì)性和先進(jìn)性作為指導(dǎo)思想,完成設(shè)計(jì)和開發(fā)任務(wù)。該系統(tǒng)選用西門子S120伺服驅(qū)動(dòng)裝置作為電機(jī)的驅(qū)動(dòng)單元,使用S7-300系列PLC完成整條生產(chǎn)線的集中控制,按照監(jiān)控層、控制層、設(shè)備層的三層結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)基于Profibus-DP的網(wǎng)絡(luò)總線結(jié)構(gòu)和驅(qū)動(dòng)控制結(jié)構(gòu)。通過(guò)對(duì)開卷恒線速度開卷、活套恒張力控制、工藝段溫度PID控制及花型盤卷等關(guān)鍵工藝功能的原理介紹和實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程的闡述,詳細(xì)論述了本生產(chǎn)線的控制系統(tǒng)中涉及到的與生產(chǎn)工藝有關(guān)的實(shí)際問(wèn)題解決方案。生產(chǎn)線的協(xié)調(diào)控制流程分主令速度控制、入口段驅(qū)動(dòng)控制和出口段驅(qū)動(dòng)控制三部分組成,對(duì)基于轉(zhuǎn)矩跟隨的矯直機(jī)電機(jī)同步控制和多管接頭跟蹤功能在生產(chǎn)線控制系統(tǒng)中的集成應(yīng)用做了簡(jiǎn)單說(shuō)明。系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)了界面友好的HMI監(jiān)控系統(tǒng),在完成主要工藝參數(shù)設(shè)置和監(jiān)控的功能之外,通過(guò)動(dòng)畫、圖形等較直觀的形式使界面便于操作和利于維護(hù)人員進(jìn)行故障分析處理。監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)還包含了完善的安全保護(hù)監(jiān)控及報(bào)警提示功能等,對(duì)人身設(shè)備安全作出穩(wěn)妥周全的系統(tǒng)保障。
[Abstract]:As a brake oil pipe widely used in automobile industry, Bondi pipe has a direct impact on the safety of vehicle drivers and passengers. The surface protective coating of Bondi tube is directly related to the corrosion resistance and impact resistance of the pipe. With the development of automobile industry, it is more and more important to study the production technology of Bondi tube surface coating. In this paper, a whole set of automatic control system is designed and developed for a newly built Bondi tube PA coating production line. The characteristics and control requirements of the controlled object are listed through a brief analysis of the process section of the whole production line. Combined with the author's experience in the design and integration of similar production line control systems, the design and development tasks are accomplished with the guiding ideology of economy and advanced nature. In this system, Siemens S120 servo drive device is selected as the driving unit of the motor, and S7-300 series PLC is used to complete the centralized control of the whole production line, according to the monitoring layer, the control layer, The design of three-layer structure of equipment layer is based on the network bus structure and drive control structure of Profibus-DP. This paper introduces the principle and realization process of key process functions, such as unwinding constant linear speed, loop constant tension control, temperature PID control of process section and pattern coil, etc. The practical problems related to the production process involved in the control system of the production line are discussed in detail. The coordinated control flow of the production line consists of three parts: the main speed control, the inlet drive control and the outlet drive control. The integrated application of synchronous control of straightener motor based on torque following and tracking function of multi-tube joint in production line control system is briefly described. In addition to the functions of setting and monitoring the main process parameters, the interface is easy to operate and the maintainers can analyze and deal with the faults through animation, graphics and other intuitive forms. The monitoring system also includes perfect function of safety protection, alarm and prompt, and makes a safe and comprehensive system guarantee for the safety of personal equipment.
