基于人機(jī)工程學(xué)的汽車布置方法研究

【摘要】:汽車人機(jī)工程學(xué)(人因工程)的研究對象是人-車-環(huán)境系統(tǒng),其核心內(nèi)容是改善駕駛艙內(nèi)所有乘員的駕乘舒適性和駕駛員的勞動條件,其目標(biāo)是乘員的安全、健康、舒適、高效,力求使整個人-車-環(huán)境系統(tǒng)的性能達(dá)到最優(yōu)。整車總布置是一項貫穿整個車型開發(fā)過程的設(shè)計工作,是一個反饋協(xié)商,調(diào)整的過程。整車總布置從技術(shù)先進(jìn)性,生產(chǎn)合理性和使用要求出發(fā),正確選擇性能、質(zhì)量和主要尺寸參數(shù),提出總體設(shè)計方案,為各部件設(shè)計提供整車參數(shù)和設(shè)計要求,保證整車性能。人機(jī)工程布置設(shè)計,不僅能影響車內(nèi)零部件的布置、車內(nèi)乘坐空間以及乘坐舒適性,還會影響整車的內(nèi)外飾造型和整車尺寸參數(shù),進(jìn)一步影響整車的性能和市場競爭力。因而在汽車開發(fā)設(shè)計過程中,應(yīng)根據(jù)人機(jī)工程學(xué)進(jìn)行合理的布置,確保駕駛員視野、乘坐舒適性以及操作方便性。隨著計算機(jī)技術(shù)的發(fā)展,汽車總布置已經(jīng)從二維設(shè)計過渡到以3D數(shù)字化設(shè)計為主的計算機(jī)輔助設(shè)計(CAD)時代,并在總布置設(shè)計應(yīng)用數(shù)字樣車分析同步工程,碰撞模擬以及運(yùn)動仿真等。本文主要從總布置(PACKAGING)角度出發(fā),結(jié)合十幾年主機(jī)廠車型設(shè)計實際的布置經(jīng)驗,以SAE標(biāo)準(zhǔn)作為依據(jù),對整車布置的作業(yè)規(guī)范、工具方法以及人機(jī)工程學(xué)在其中的應(yīng)用作了大體的總結(jié)和深入的研究。以CATIA和UG作為平臺,通過運(yùn)用人機(jī)工程學(xué)的工具(H點、眼橢圓、頭部包絡(luò)、手可觸及界面以及假人數(shù)字模型)對乘員艙內(nèi)部空間、駕乘舒適性、乘員視野、部件可視性、部件可操作性以及乘員上下車方便性的實際應(yīng)用來闡述人機(jī)工程學(xué)在車輛設(shè)計中的意義。并基于人機(jī)工程的乘用車總布置方案進(jìn)行分析研究,總結(jié)出應(yīng)用人機(jī)工程進(jìn)行總布置的開發(fā)的設(shè)計方法。本文所做的總布置總結(jié)和研究,對于企業(yè)節(jié)約成本、縮短整車開發(fā)周期、優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品研發(fā)流程具有實際意義。
[Abstract]:The research object of ergonomics is the human-vehicle-environment system, the core of which is to improve the driving comfort of all the occupants and the working conditions of the drivers in the cockpit. The goal is the safety, health and comfort of the occupants. High efficiency, strive to achieve optimal performance of the whole man-car-environment system. The overall layout of the vehicle is a design work that runs through the whole vehicle development process and is a process of feedback consultation and adjustment. The overall layout of the whole vehicle is based on the advanced technology, the rationality of production and the requirements of application. The performance, quality and main dimension parameters are correctly selected, and the overall design scheme is put forward, which can provide the whole vehicle parameters and design requirements for the design of the components and ensure the performance of the whole vehicle. The ergonomics layout design can not only affect the layout of the parts and components inside the vehicle, the ride space and ride comfort, but also affect the interior and exterior decoration modeling of the whole vehicle and the dimension parameters of the whole vehicle, and further affect the performance and market competitiveness of the whole vehicle. Therefore, in the process of automobile development and design, reasonable arrangement should be made according to ergonomics to ensure driver's visual field, ride comfort and operation convenience. With the development of computer technology, the automobile layout has been transferred from two-dimensional design to computer-aided design based on 3D digital design. Collision simulation and motion simulation. In this paper, from the point of view of the general layout of PACKAGING, combined with the practical layout experience of more than ten years of vehicle model design in the main engine factory, based on the SAE standard, the operating specifications for the layout of the whole vehicle are discussed. The tool method and the application of ergonomics are summarized and studied deeply. On the platform of CATIA and UG, by using ergonomics tools such as H point, eye ellipse, head envelope, hand touch interface and dummy digital model, the cabin interior space, driving comfort, occupant visual field and component visibility are obtained. The maneuverability of components and the convenience of boarding and disembarking should be used to explain the significance of ergonomics in vehicle design. The general layout scheme of passenger car based on ergonomics is analyzed and studied, and the design method of developing general layout with ergonomics is summarized. The summary and research of the general layout in this paper is of practical significance for the enterprises to save cost, shorten the development cycle of the whole vehicle, and optimize the product R & D process.
