滑閥式壓縮空氣發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)實(shí)驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:為優(yōu)化氣動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)設(shè)計(jì),提高氣動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的工作性能,在一臺(tái)由四沖程汽油機(jī)改裝的二沖程氣動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)上進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的臺(tái)架試驗(yàn)。提出一個(gè)評價(jià)氣動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)性能的新指標(biāo)——?dú)鈩?dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)平均有效壓力和缸內(nèi)平均壓力的比值。采用鋼、鋁和尼龍三種材料制作相同尺寸的配氣滑塊進(jìn)行試驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明配氣滑塊的質(zhì)量,對氣動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)動(dòng)力性有影響。對進(jìn)氣持續(xù)角為128°、143°和156°的尼龍材料配氣滑塊進(jìn)行試驗(yàn),試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明增大進(jìn)氣持續(xù)角可以提高壓縮空氣的膨脹效率。在三種不同壓縮比的狀況下進(jìn)行了氣動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)證明在傳統(tǒng)內(nèi)燃機(jī)的基礎(chǔ)上改裝氣動(dòng)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)時(shí),增大發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)壓縮比,會(huì)降低壓縮空氣的膨脹效率。
[Abstract]:In order to optimize the design of the pneumatic engine and improve the performance of the engine, a detailed bench test was carried out on a two-stroke pneumatic engine modified from a four-stroke gasoline engine. A new index to evaluate the performance of a pneumatic engine, the ratio of the average effective pressure of the pneumatic engine to the average pressure in the cylinder, is presented. Three kinds of materials, steel, aluminum and nylon, were used to make the same size air distribution slider. The results show that the quality of the valve distribution slider has an effect on the aerodynamic performance of the pneumatic engine. The experimental results of nylon material sliders with inlet air duration angles of 128 擄, 143 擄and 156 擄show that the expansion efficiency of compressed air can be improved by increasing the intake air persistence angle. Aerodynamic engine tests were carried out under three different compression ratios. It is proved that the expansion efficiency of compressed air can be reduced by increasing the compression ratio of the engine when the pneumatic engine is refitted on the basis of the traditional internal combustion engine.
