轉(zhuǎn)鼓式懸架疲勞試驗(yàn)臺(tái)設(shè)計(jì)與仿真

【摘要】:懸架是車輛重要組成部分之一。目前懸架及其零部件耐久性試驗(yàn)設(shè)備在性價(jià)比、試驗(yàn)效果等方面存在諸多缺陷,而整車耐久道路試驗(yàn)周期長(zhǎng),花費(fèi)大。因此開發(fā)一款價(jià)格低廉,能模擬實(shí)際行車環(huán)境的室內(nèi)試驗(yàn)設(shè)備已經(jīng)成為亟待解決的問題。本文根據(jù)公路和試驗(yàn)場(chǎng)的路面結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),開發(fā)了一種應(yīng)用于二分之一懸架的轉(zhuǎn)鼓式懸架疲勞試驗(yàn)臺(tái)。根據(jù)懸架疲勞試驗(yàn)的要求,提出了試驗(yàn)臺(tái)的設(shè)計(jì)方案,對(duì)試驗(yàn)臺(tái)進(jìn)行了三維建模并對(duì)部分關(guān)鍵部件進(jìn)行了強(qiáng)度分析和優(yōu)化。提出了基于有限單元法構(gòu)建虛擬轉(zhuǎn)鼓路面的方法,并基于該方法構(gòu)建了多種虛擬轉(zhuǎn)鼓路面。建立了試驗(yàn)臺(tái)和試驗(yàn)車輛后懸架的動(dòng)力學(xué)模型,并進(jìn)行了動(dòng)力學(xué)仿真試驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證了基于有限單元法構(gòu)建虛擬轉(zhuǎn)鼓路面方法的正確性。編寫了振動(dòng)信號(hào)的采集和分析系統(tǒng),并利用該系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了實(shí)車公路路面和試驗(yàn)場(chǎng)路面試驗(yàn),采集并分析了多種路面條件下試驗(yàn)車輛的輪心垂向加速度信號(hào)。通過與仿真結(jié)果對(duì)比分析,驗(yàn)證了轉(zhuǎn)鼓式懸架疲勞試驗(yàn)臺(tái)可以較為準(zhǔn)確地復(fù)現(xiàn)實(shí)際路面。本文的研究成果可以在設(shè)計(jì)原理上為轉(zhuǎn)鼓式懸架疲勞試驗(yàn)臺(tái)的開發(fā)提供參考,并對(duì)相同類型的轉(zhuǎn)鼓試驗(yàn)臺(tái)產(chǎn)品的研制與改進(jìn)具有一定的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Suspension is one of the important parts of vehicle. At present, there are many defects in the durability test equipment of suspension and its components, such as the ratio of performance to price and the test effect. However, the test period of the whole vehicle durable road is long and the cost is large. Therefore, the development of a low-cost, can simulate the actual driving environment indoor test equipment has become a problem to be solved. According to the pavement structure characteristics of highway and test ground, a kind of rotary drum suspension fatigue test bed applied to 1/2 suspension is developed in this paper. According to the requirements of suspension fatigue test, the design scheme of the test bed is put forward, and the 3D modeling of the test bed is carried out, and the strength analysis and optimization of some key components are carried out. The method of constructing virtual drum pavement based on finite element method is put forward, and several kinds of virtual drum pavement are constructed based on this method. The dynamic model of the test bed and the rear suspension of the test vehicle is established, and the dynamic simulation test is carried out, which verifies the correctness of the method of constructing virtual rotary drum pavement based on the finite element method. The vibration signal acquisition and analysis system is compiled and used to test the road surface of real vehicle and test ground. The vertical acceleration signal of wheel center of test vehicle under various pavement conditions is collected and analyzed. By comparing with the simulation results, it is verified that the rotary drum suspension fatigue test bench can accurately reproduce the actual road surface. The research results of this paper can provide a reference for the development of the rotary drum suspension fatigue test bench in the design principle and have certain reference value for the development and improvement of the same type of rotary drum test bed products.
