表面織構(gòu)對滑動(dòng)軸承潤滑性能的影響

【摘要】:以給定載荷和轉(zhuǎn)速的滑動(dòng)軸承為對象,基于統(tǒng)一Reynolds方程法建立潤滑分析模型,研究幾種分布形式的表面織構(gòu)對潤滑性能的影響。數(shù)值計(jì)算結(jié)果顯示:織構(gòu)分布對軸承偏心率和最小厚度影響顯著,合理的部分分布織構(gòu)明顯改善軸承的潤滑性能;存在最佳織構(gòu)深度使得不同分布的織構(gòu)潤滑效果最優(yōu);矩形凹槽、矩形凹坑、圓形凹坑的織構(gòu)分布中,矩形凹槽潤滑效果最好;沿圓周方向單列矩形凹槽的潤滑效果優(yōu)于多列矩形凹坑;表面織構(gòu)在高速、輕載時(shí)改善潤滑的效果明顯。
[Abstract]:The lubrication analysis model of sliding bearings with given load and rotation speed was established based on the unified Reynolds equation method. The influence of surface texture of several distributed forms on lubrication performance was studied. The numerical results show that the distribution of texture has a significant effect on the eccentricity and minimum thickness of bearing, reasonable partial distribution texture can obviously improve the lubricating performance of bearing, and the optimum texture depth makes the lubrication effect of different distribution texture optimal. In the texture distribution of rectangular grooves, rectangular grooves, circular pits, rectangular grooves have the best lubricating effect; the lubricating effect of single-row rectangular grooves along the circumference is better than that of multi-row rectangular pits; the surface texture is at high speed. The effect of improving lubrication in light load is obvious.
