【摘要】:繞線式永磁轉(zhuǎn)差離合器是一種新型的非接觸式傳動(dòng)裝置,根據(jù)一種重型車輛新型電控液壓助力轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)(E-ECHPS)中傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)的需求設(shè)計(jì)了繞線式永磁轉(zhuǎn)差離合器,建立了二維電磁場(chǎng)有限元模型。在瞬態(tài)分析中,空載反電勢(shì)波形的正弦度高,諧波畸變率低,負(fù)載情況下繞線式永磁轉(zhuǎn)差離合器能夠滿足E-ECHPS系統(tǒng)最大功率和平穩(wěn)運(yùn)行的要求。參數(shù)化分析得到了轉(zhuǎn)矩-轉(zhuǎn)差特性,臨界轉(zhuǎn)差低于200 r/min,可以確保功率傳遞的高效率。提出的設(shè)計(jì)方法對(duì)于繞線式永磁轉(zhuǎn)差離合器研究具有理論指導(dǎo)意義和實(shí)際參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The winding permanent magnet slip clutch is a new type of non-contact transmission device. According to the requirements of the transmission mechanism in a new type of electrically controlled hydraulic power steering system (E-ECHPS) of heavy vehicles, a winding type permanent magnet slip clutch is designed. The finite element model of two-dimensional electromagnetic field is established. In transient analysis, the sinusoidal and harmonic distortion of the no-load EMF waveform is high, and the winding permanent magnet slip clutch under load can meet the requirements of maximum power and smooth operation of E-ECHPS system. The torque-slip characteristic is obtained by parametric analysis. The critical slip is less than 200 r / min, which can ensure the high efficiency of power transmission. The proposed design method is of theoretical significance and practical reference value for the study of winding permanent magnet slip clutch.
