【摘要】：在某1.6L發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行縱向開發(fā),以此來實(shí)現(xiàn)高壓縮比米勒循環(huán)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)。利用大型三維計(jì)算流體動(dòng)力學(xué)(CFD)軟件STAR-CD對(duì)采用進(jìn)氣門晚關(guān)策略的高壓縮比米勒循環(huán)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,對(duì)比分析了采用兩種幾何形狀活塞的米勒循環(huán)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的缸內(nèi)氣體流動(dòng)模式及燃燒過程。計(jì)算結(jié)果表明:經(jīng)過結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的活塞方案相對(duì)于原方案可以獲得較優(yōu)的缸內(nèi)流動(dòng)及燃燒特性。計(jì)算結(jié)果將為實(shí)際開發(fā)中的高壓縮比米勒循環(huán)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的活塞選型及燃燒室優(yōu)化提供理論及數(shù)據(jù)支撐。
[Abstract]:On the basis of a 1.6L engine, the longitudinal development is carried out to realize the high compression ratio Hans Muller cycle engine. The high compression ratio Hans Muller cycle engine with intake valve late closing strategy was numerically simulated by using a large three-dimensional computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software STAR-CD. The in-cylinder gas flow mode and combustion process of Hans Muller cycle engine with two geometric pistons are compared and analyzed. The results show that the optimized piston scheme can obtain better flow and combustion characteristics compared with the original scheme. The calculated results will provide theoretical and data support for piston selection and combustion chamber optimization of Hans Muller cycle engine with high compression ratio.
