汽車碰撞傳感器模擬系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:隨著汽車行車安全的要求不斷提高,安全氣囊系統(tǒng)已經(jīng)成為汽車的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)配置,可以在發(fā)生碰撞的過程中有效減少傷害,作為安全氣囊的核心部分ECU(電子控制系統(tǒng)),在出廠之前必須經(jīng)過大量的測(cè)試來實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)的采集、分析,以滿足靈敏度和反應(yīng)性的問題。但由于采取實(shí)際碰撞的收集方式成本很高,每次都會(huì)造成大量的機(jī)械成本投入,因此亟待一種可以避免實(shí)際碰撞的低成本、可充分形式加以改進(jìn),這也是本論文所研究的重點(diǎn)內(nèi)容?傮w上論文研究包括三個(gè)部分,第一部分是選題綜述研究,利用文獻(xiàn)研究法收集與論文相關(guān)的文獻(xiàn)資料,了解相關(guān)的技術(shù)內(nèi)容,如以太網(wǎng)通訊模塊、CAN技術(shù)等;第二部分是碰撞傳感器模擬系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行總體設(shè)計(jì),采取了文獻(xiàn)研究法、實(shí)證研究法、對(duì)比研究法,本論文中的設(shè)計(jì)是基于插卡式設(shè)計(jì),這一技術(shù)在目前國(guó)內(nèi)的實(shí)驗(yàn)室研究中已經(jīng)相對(duì)成熟。第三部分是系統(tǒng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)與測(cè)試,具體展開測(cè)試的過程中,主要采取的實(shí)證研究法,測(cè)試設(shè)計(jì)包括按照需要啟動(dòng)不同數(shù)量的板卡、在板卡之間通過CAN通訊等,并通過與整個(gè)系統(tǒng)的通訊通過工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)與計(jì)算機(jī)連接,打造一個(gè)符合實(shí)際需求的測(cè)試開發(fā)虛擬環(huán)境。通過階段性驗(yàn)證以及最終系統(tǒng)測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,該系統(tǒng)基本可以實(shí)現(xiàn)汽車碰撞傳感器模擬系統(tǒng)的要求,在汽車安全氣囊觸發(fā)方面有較好的靈敏性。
[Abstract]:With the increasing requirements of vehicle driving safety, airbag system has become the standard configuration of the vehicle, which can effectively reduce the damage in the process of collision. As the core part of the airbag, ECU (Electronic Control system) has to go through a lot of tests to realize the data collection and analysis before leaving the factory to satisfy the problems of sensitivity and reactivity. However, because of the high cost of collecting the actual collision, each time will result in a large amount of mechanical cost input, so there is an urgent need for a low cost that can avoid the actual collision and can be improved in a sufficient form. This is also the focus of this paper. As a whole, the thesis includes three parts. The first part is the research of topic selection, using the method of literature research to collect the relevant documents, to understand the relevant technical content, such as Ethernet communication module can technology; The second part is the overall design of the collision sensor simulation system, which adopts the literature research method, the empirical research method, the contrast research method. The design in this paper is based on the card design. This technology has been relatively mature in laboratory research in China. The third part is the realization and test of the system. In the process of the test, the paper mainly adopts the empirical research method. The test design includes starting the different number of boards according to the need, communicating between the boards through CAN, and so on. And through the communication with the whole system through the industrial Ethernet and computer connection to create a test and development of virtual environment in line with the actual requirements. The results of stage verification and final system test show that the system can basically meet the requirements of vehicle collision sensor simulation system and has good sensitivity in triggering automobile airbag.
