基于電池內(nèi)阻特性的電動(dòng)汽車放電模式研究

【摘要】:電流、溫度大小會(huì)影響電動(dòng)汽車鋰離子動(dòng)力電池組放電的效率及電池組一致性,其本質(zhì)是電池內(nèi)阻本身固有特性所致。通過(guò)研究鋰離子動(dòng)力電池組在不同溫度、不同放電電流下的內(nèi)阻變化,建立電池內(nèi)阻變化圖譜,分析不同溫度、電流對(duì)電池輸出能量的影響。根據(jù)電池內(nèi)阻特性,結(jié)合整車動(dòng)力性及經(jīng)濟(jì)性,將電動(dòng)汽車放電策略分為可供選擇的三種模式:動(dòng)力模式、經(jīng)濟(jì)模式及限制模式。通過(guò)電動(dòng)汽車?yán)m(xù)駛里程及放電能量的對(duì)比測(cè)試,比較所提出的各種模式的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)。實(shí)驗(yàn)證明,根據(jù)不同路況及使用需求,采用不同的放電模式,可以保證整車動(dòng)力性,延長(zhǎng)電池壽命,提高整車?yán)m(xù)駛里程。
[Abstract]:The current and temperature will affect the discharge efficiency and the uniformity of the battery pack, which is caused by the inherent characteristics of the internal resistance of the battery.By studying the change of internal resistance of lithium ion power battery at different temperature and different discharge current, the variation diagram of battery internal resistance was established, and the influence of different temperature and current on the output energy of the battery was analyzed.According to the characteristics of battery internal resistance, combined with the power and economy of the whole vehicle, the electric vehicle discharge strategy can be divided into three modes: power mode, economic mode and limiting mode.The advantages and disadvantages of the proposed modes are compared by comparing the driving range and the discharge energy of the electric vehicle.The experimental results show that according to different road conditions and application requirements, different discharge modes can guarantee the power performance of the whole vehicle, prolong the battery life and increase the driving mileage of the whole vehicle.
