【摘要】:汽車(chē)如今已經(jīng)走進(jìn)了千家萬(wàn)戶(hù),而人們對(duì)汽車(chē)的了解卻并不多,大多數(shù)人只是從汽車(chē)的品牌和口碑來(lái)選擇自己的車(chē)型。而對(duì)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的了解,則是少之又少。本文通過(guò)介紹兩種不同汽車(chē)的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī),將使人們對(duì)不同類(lèi)型發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的特點(diǎn)產(chǎn)生相應(yīng)的認(rèn)知。并對(duì)兩種發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的曲軸分別進(jìn)行模態(tài)和動(dòng)態(tài)分析,比較分析兩種不同發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)所表現(xiàn)出的異同,可以使人們對(duì)汽車(chē)的認(rèn)識(shí)有一個(gè)新的提升。本文以斯巴魯和雪佛蘭兩種相同排量(2.0升)的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)作為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的曲軸分別進(jìn)行模態(tài)與動(dòng)態(tài)分析。因斯巴魯發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)為水平對(duì)置四缸結(jié)構(gòu),而雪佛蘭發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)為直列四缸結(jié)構(gòu),故其輸出特性有著很大的不同。本文主要探討兩種不同發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)曲軸的輸出特性的問(wèn)題。首先,使用三維造型軟件分別對(duì)兩種發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)曲軸系的相關(guān)零件進(jìn)行模型的建立,并將曲軸系進(jìn)行裝配。在建模時(shí),忽略了一些對(duì)分析影響較小的細(xì)節(jié)部分,同時(shí)驗(yàn)證裝配的準(zhǔn)確性。其次,在ANSYS中對(duì)兩種曲軸分別進(jìn)行自由模態(tài)分析和約束模態(tài)分析,并根據(jù)所產(chǎn)生的模態(tài)結(jié)果對(duì)兩種曲軸進(jìn)行比較分析。接著,將進(jìn)行了模態(tài)分析的曲軸進(jìn)行柔性化處理,將處理后的曲軸導(dǎo)入到多體動(dòng)力學(xué)分析軟件,代替剛性曲軸,并施加相關(guān)的力與約束。最后,對(duì)以柔性曲軸為核心的曲軸系進(jìn)行動(dòng)力學(xué)分析,并分析比較兩種不同的曲軸在其各自所對(duì)應(yīng)的轉(zhuǎn)速下,所產(chǎn)生的異同之處。通過(guò)對(duì)兩種不同的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的曲軸的輸出性能的對(duì)比,對(duì)兩種曲軸所產(chǎn)生的異同進(jìn)行相應(yīng)的分析,其分析結(jié)果會(huì)使人們對(duì)不同的發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的輸出特性產(chǎn)生更進(jìn)一步的認(rèn)識(shí)。
[Abstract]:Cars have now entered thousands of households, but people do not know much about cars, most people only choose their own car from the car brand and word of mouth.But the understanding of the engine, is very little.This paper introduces two different kinds of automobile engines, which will make people know the characteristics of different types of engines.The modal and dynamic analysis of the crankshafts of the two kinds of engines are carried out, and the similarities and differences of the two different engines are compared and analyzed, which can make people have a new understanding of the automobile.In this paper, the engine with the same displacement of Subaru and Chevrolet (2.0 liter) is taken as the research object, and the crankshaft of the engine is analyzed by modal and dynamic analysis, respectively.Since the Subaru engine is a horizontal four-cylinder structure and the Chevrolet engine is an in-line four-cylinder structure, its output characteristics are very different.This paper mainly discusses the output characteristics of two different engine crankshafts.Firstly, three dimensional modeling software is used to model the two kinds of engine crankshaft system, and the crankshaft system is assembled.In modeling, some details that have little effect on the analysis are ignored, and the accuracy of assembly is verified.Secondly, the free mode analysis and constrained modal analysis of the two crankshafts are carried out in ANSYS, and the two crankshafts are compared and analyzed according to the resulting modal results.Then, the crankshaft which has carried out modal analysis is treated with flexibility, and the treated crankshaft is imported into the multi-body dynamic analysis software instead of the rigid crankshaft, and the relative force and constraint are applied.Finally, the dynamic analysis of the crankshaft system with flexible crankshaft as the core is carried out, and the similarities and differences between the two different crankshafts under their respective rotational speeds are analyzed and compared.By comparing the output performance of two different engine crankshafts, the similarities and differences between the two crankshafts are analyzed accordingly. The results of the analysis will make people have a better understanding of the output characteristics of different engines.
