基于時(shí)頻特征的汽車點(diǎn)焊質(zhì)量自動(dòng)化超聲評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:通過定義超聲回波相關(guān)時(shí)頻特征量,提出基于超聲回波時(shí)頻特征量的焊點(diǎn)質(zhì)量自動(dòng)評(píng)價(jià)方法。通過數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,建立了便于在線自動(dòng)檢測的量化焊點(diǎn)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),實(shí)現(xiàn)了汽車點(diǎn)焊質(zhì)量的自動(dòng)化評(píng)價(jià)。實(shí)際檢測效果表明,基于該方法的檢測系統(tǒng)能夠快速有效地自動(dòng)識(shí)別八種焊點(diǎn)質(zhì)量類型,能夠初步運(yùn)用于汽車點(diǎn)焊質(zhì)量的在線自動(dòng)檢測。
[Abstract]:An automatic evaluation method of solder joint quality based on ultrasonic echo time-frequency characteristic is proposed by defining the time-frequency characteristic of ultrasonic echo correlation.Through the statistical analysis of the data, the evaluation standard of quantitative solder joint quality is established, which is convenient for on-line automatic detection, and the automatic evaluation of automobile spot welding quality is realized.The actual test results show that the detection system based on this method can quickly and effectively identify eight types of solder joint quality, and can be applied to the on-line automatic detection of automotive spot welding quality.
