[Abstract]:Teknor Apex has recently released a new styrene-block copolymer thermoplastic elastomer for automotive interior parts (such as cable sleeving and sealing rings), which not only has better injection molding properties than other elastomers.It also provides superior physical properties and meets the stringent OEM requirements. Sarlink- ML-2355B compounds have been approved by VAG for use in cable sleeving.These casings are used to guide the cable along its circumferential path through the space around the passenger cabin and other structures, with complex components and long channels, as well as a lot of demoulding chamfering, making it a difficult problem for molding and demoulding.Compared with other elastomers used in cable casing, the new Sarlink ML-2355B has lower viscosity, better molding performance, wider processing window, and
