【摘要】：首先對(duì)換擋提示功能的節(jié)油原理和控制策略進(jìn)行研究,然后在試驗(yàn)車輛上實(shí)現(xiàn)換擋提示功能并進(jìn)行節(jié)油效果測(cè)試。結(jié)果表明,在NEDC和FTP循環(huán)中采用換擋提示功能后分別節(jié)油4.8%和4.4%,相當(dāng)于熟練駕駛員的水平,說明換擋提示功能匹配合理。為達(dá)到量產(chǎn)的要求,還進(jìn)行換擋提示功能對(duì)排放和車載診斷影響的研究,結(jié)果表明換擋提示功能對(duì)整車排放幾乎沒有影響,重新標(biāo)定車載診斷條件后各項(xiàng)診斷均符合法規(guī)要求。
[Abstract]:Firstly, the fuel saving principle and control strategy of shift warning function are studied, and then the shift prompt function is realized on the test vehicle and the fuel saving effect is tested.The results show that the fuel saving of 4.8% and 4.4% is equivalent to the level of the skilled driver in NEDC and FTP cycle, which shows that the matching of shift prompt function is reasonable.In order to meet the requirement of mass production, the effects of shift warning function on emissions and on-board diagnosis are also studied. The results show that the shift warning function has little effect on the emission of the whole vehicle, and all the diagnoses after re-calibrating the condition of on-board diagnosis are in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations.
