考慮軸頭驅(qū)動(dòng)和側(cè)傾力矩的輪胎接地性態(tài)建模

【摘要】:采用歐拉梁和側(cè)向分片的方法模擬輪胎側(cè)向變形特性,利用二元傅里葉級(jí)數(shù)構(gòu)造帶束層單元的位移場(chǎng),胎面橫截面外輪廓設(shè)定為二次函數(shù),建立了基于驅(qū)動(dòng)力矩和側(cè)傾力矩的輪胎三維接地性態(tài)解析計(jì)算模型。結(jié)合輪胎刷子模型計(jì)算了輪胎的縱向力和側(cè)向力,并進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果表明,模型具有較高的精度和效率。研究結(jié)果可為研究輪胎磨損和輪胎力學(xué)特性提供更為精確的三維接地壓力分布解析模型,并為輪胎物理模型的解析研究提供新的思路和方法。
[Abstract]:The lateral deformation characteristics of tire are simulated by using Euler beam and lateral slice method. The displacement field of beam element is constructed by using binary Fourier series. The outer contour of tread cross section is set as quadratic function. Based on the driving moment and the roll moment, an analytical calculation model of tire three-dimensional earthing behavior is established. The longitudinal and lateral forces of the tire are calculated with the tire brush model, and the results show that, The results can provide a more accurate three-dimensional ground pressure analytical model for the study of tire wear and tire mechanical properties, and provide a new way of thinking and method for the analytical study of tire physical model.
