汽車排氣系統(tǒng)振動(dòng)和吊耳疲勞性能的穩(wěn)健優(yōu)化

【摘要】:由于加工、測量、安裝、老化等原因,排氣系統(tǒng)吊耳和波紋管的真實(shí)剛度通常在其名義設(shè)計(jì)值附近波動(dòng),使得排氣系統(tǒng)真實(shí)的靜、動(dòng)態(tài)性能與其名義設(shè)計(jì)值之間存在偏差。為提升汽車排氣系統(tǒng)振動(dòng)及橡膠吊耳疲勞耐久性能的穩(wěn)健性,以吊耳和波紋管動(dòng)剛度為正態(tài)隨機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)變量,以吊耳隔振量不小于20 dB為約束條件,以掛鉤垂向動(dòng)態(tài)反力最大值及其標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差、吊耳的靜變形量及預(yù)載力標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差為目標(biāo)函數(shù),建立了某乘用車排氣系統(tǒng)振動(dòng)和吊耳疲勞性能的多目標(biāo)穩(wěn)健優(yōu)化模型。結(jié)果表明,與確定性優(yōu)化方案相比,排氣系統(tǒng)靜、動(dòng)態(tài)性能對(duì)穩(wěn)健優(yōu)化方案的靈敏度降低,實(shí)施穩(wěn)健優(yōu)化方案將使得排氣系統(tǒng)的振動(dòng)和吊耳疲勞性能更加穩(wěn)健。穩(wěn)健優(yōu)化方法對(duì)改善排氣系統(tǒng)振動(dòng)和吊耳疲勞耐久性的穩(wěn)健優(yōu)化有較重要參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Due to processing, measurement, installation, aging and other reasons, the true stiffness of the exhaust system hooks and bellows usually fluctuates near its nominal design value, making the exhaust system real static, There is a deviation between the dynamic performance and the nominal design value. In order to enhance the robustness of the vibration of automobile exhaust system and the fatigue durability of rubber hoist, the dynamic stiffness of the hoist and bellows is taken as the normal random design variable. The vibration isolation of the hoist is not less than 20 dB, the maximum value and standard deviation of the vertical dynamic reaction force are taken as the objective function, and the static deformation and the standard deviation of the preload force of the hoist are taken as the objective function. A multi-objective robust optimization model for vibration and hoisting fatigue of a passenger vehicle exhaust system is established. The results show that the static and dynamic performance of the exhaust system is less sensitive to the robust optimization scheme than the deterministic optimization scheme. The implementation of robust optimization scheme will make the vibration and suspension fatigue performance of exhaust system more robust. Robust optimization method has important reference value for improving the robust optimization of exhaust system vibration and suspension fatigue durability.
