【摘要】：在眾多城市公共交通系統(tǒng),采用彈性車輪的輕軌車輛,具有快捷,便利,噪聲小等優(yōu)點(diǎn),得到越來越廣泛的應(yīng)用。與剛性車輪不同,彈性車輪目前還無法被制作成測力輪對。在彈性車輪的輕軌車輛上,采用輪軌力間接測量方法進(jìn)行線路動力學(xué)試驗的研究,評估輕軌車輛的運(yùn)行安全性,具有重要工程意義。準(zhǔn)確的測量出輪軌力是評估車輛脫軌安全性指標(biāo)的基礎(chǔ),同時,這也是進(jìn)一步研究車輛運(yùn)行性能和解決輪軌表面損傷等問題的理論依據(jù)。為了對采用彈性車輪的低地板車輛的安全性做出評估,較為精確的測量出輪軌力顯得尤為重要。本文在對比了國內(nèi)外各種輪軌力測量方法的基礎(chǔ)上,研究了間接測量方法在采用彈性車輪輕軌車輛上應(yīng)用的可行性。首先,在SIMPACK軟件中分別建立了采用彈性車輪和剛性車輪的輕軌車輛整車的非線性動力學(xué)模型,對比了兩者的動力學(xué)仿真結(jié)果。然后,將仿真得到的采用彈性車輪模型的輪軌力安全性結(jié)果和間接測量安全性計算結(jié)果進(jìn)行對比,論證了該方法在彈性車輪輕軌車輛應(yīng)用的可行性。通過動力學(xué)仿真分析,在采用彈性車輪的輕軌車輛上運(yùn)用輪軌力間接測量方法,雖然間接測量方法的計算結(jié)果與仿真輸出值之間存在一定的誤差,但在工程容許范圍之內(nèi)。所以,輪軌力間接測量方法在實際工程中可以運(yùn)用并且得到推廣。最后,采用間接測量方法對彈性車輪輕軌車輛的安全性進(jìn)行了評估。
[Abstract]:In many urban public transport systems, light rail vehicles with elastic wheels have the advantages of fast, convenient, low noise and so on, which are more and more widely used. At present, elastic wheels can not be made into force measuring wheelsets. In light rail vehicles with elastic wheels, the indirect measurement method of wheel / rail force is used to study the line dynamics test to evaluate the operation safety of light rail vehicles. Accurate measurement of wheel / rail force is the basis of evaluating vehicle derailment safety index, at the same time, This is also the theoretical basis for further studying vehicle performance and solving wheel / rail surface damage problems. In order to evaluate the safety of low floor vehicles with elastic wheels, It is very important to measure wheel / rail force accurately. On the basis of comparing various wheel / rail force measurement methods at home and abroad, this paper studies the feasibility of applying indirect measurement method to light rail vehicles with elastic wheels. The nonlinear dynamic models of light rail vehicle with elastic wheel and rigid wheel are established in SIMPACK software, and the dynamic simulation results of the two models are compared. The simulation results of wheel-rail force safety with elastic wheel model and indirect measurement safety calculation results are compared, and the feasibility of applying this method to flexible wheel light rail vehicles is demonstrated. The indirect measurement method of wheel-rail force is used in light rail vehicles with elastic wheels. Although there is a certain error between the calculation result of indirect measurement method and the simulation output value, it is within the engineering allowable range. The indirect measurement method of wheel / rail force can be applied and popularized in practical engineering. Finally, the safety of light rail vehicle with elastic wheel is evaluated by indirect measurement method.
