灰鑄鐵缸體表面異常銹斑產(chǎn)生原因分析

【摘要】:基于發(fā)動機(jī)缸體在鑄造成形后放置過程中出現(xiàn)異常銹斑且人工打磨后反復(fù)出現(xiàn)的問題,對缸體表面產(chǎn)生異常銹斑的原因進(jìn)行了分析研究。通過對銹斑表面和截面兩個方向研磨及顯微觀察發(fā)現(xiàn),在每一異常銹斑的淺表面均存在著大小不等的夾渣。進(jìn)一步的掃描電鏡觀察及能譜分析發(fā)現(xiàn),這些夾渣是Ba、Ca、Al、S等外來元素的富集區(qū)。分析認(rèn)為,二次孕育殘存在鑄件表面并與外界空氣相連的夾渣起到了吸潮的作用,使冷芯砂中水分以及空氣中的水分子聚集在夾渣附近,并與基體中的鐵碳元素發(fā)生電化學(xué)反應(yīng)導(dǎo)致了表面異常銹斑的產(chǎn)生。
[Abstract]:Based on the problem of abnormal rust and repeated occurrence after manual grinding, the engine cylinder block is placed in the process of casting and forming. The causes of abnormal rust spot on cylinder surface are analyzed and studied. The grinding and microscopic observation of rust spot surface and section are carried out. There are slag inclusions of different sizes on the shallow surface of each abnormal rust spot. Further scanning electron microscope observation and energy dispersive analysis show that these slag inclusions are rich areas for foreign elements such as Bahcai Alnn S, etc. The residual residue of the second inoculation on the surface of the casting and connected to the outside air plays the role of moisture absorption, which makes the moisture in the cold core sand and the water molecules in the air gather in the vicinity of the slag. The electrochemical reaction with iron and carbon in the matrix leads to the formation of abnormal rust spots on the surface.
