基于Ethernet AVB的汽車混合網(wǎng)絡(luò)的分析與設(shè)計

【摘要】:隨著汽車的信息化、智能化發(fā)展,人們對互聯(lián)智能汽車需求越來越大,越來越多的先進(jìn)技術(shù)在汽車上得到應(yīng)用,如高級駕駛輔助系統(tǒng)(ADAS,Advanced Driver Assistance Systems)、360度全景泊車系統(tǒng)和藍(lán)光DVD播放系統(tǒng),這些新特性驅(qū)動了對車載網(wǎng)絡(luò)中高帶寬的需求。然而,現(xiàn)行的以CAN總線為主的車載網(wǎng)絡(luò)在傳輸帶寬和擴(kuò)展性等方面受到制約,難以滿足人們的現(xiàn)實(shí)需求。而隨著車載以太網(wǎng)技術(shù)的出現(xiàn),為解決上述問題提供了新的技術(shù)手段。車載以太網(wǎng)主要包括BroadR-Reach傳輸物理層和Ethernet AVB(Audio/Video Bridging)協(xié)議棧兩大部分,其具有高帶寬、強(qiáng)擴(kuò)展能力和開放的架構(gòu)等特點(diǎn),并可在單對非屏蔽雙絞線上實(shí)現(xiàn)100Mbps全雙工通信,可滿足未來車身網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信的需求。針對上述問題,本文重點(diǎn)研究基于Ethernet AVB協(xié)議棧和CAN總線的車載混合網(wǎng)絡(luò),以期為未來車載混合網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)展提供新的思路。本論文主要研究內(nèi)容如下:首先,深入調(diào)研了車載混合網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,分析了目前車載混合網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)中存在的問題,并針對該問題,研究了車載以太網(wǎng)目前的相關(guān)技術(shù),并與傳統(tǒng)車載網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行對比,分析總結(jié)了車載以太網(wǎng)的技術(shù)優(yōu)勢。其次,重點(diǎn)分析研究了車載以太網(wǎng)的BroadR-Reach傳輸物理層和AVB軟件協(xié)議棧實(shí)現(xiàn)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),設(shè)計并搭建了基于Ethernet AVB協(xié)議棧和CAN總線的車載混合網(wǎng)絡(luò),實(shí)現(xiàn)了Ethernet AVB的Talker節(jié)點(diǎn)和Listener節(jié)點(diǎn)間視頻流的傳輸,并可通過CAN網(wǎng)絡(luò)實(shí)現(xiàn)對Ethernet AVB網(wǎng)絡(luò)視頻流的傳輸控制。最后,針對設(shè)計的車載混合網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),搭建了混合網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)測試平臺,并根據(jù)混合網(wǎng)絡(luò)的通信原理,利用車載以太網(wǎng)測試工具CANoe.Ethernet,分別對混合網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)功能測試,系統(tǒng)性能測試和行人圖像識別案例測試,實(shí)驗(yàn)測試結(jié)果表明,本文設(shè)計的基于Ethernet AVB的車載混合網(wǎng)絡(luò),可以實(shí)現(xiàn)車載視頻圖像的傳輸功能,且圖像傳輸延遲小于2ms,滿足車載以太網(wǎng)的通信標(biāo)準(zhǔn),為將來車載以太網(wǎng)的研究奠定了理論基礎(chǔ),具有一定的參考價值。
[Abstract]:With the development of automobile information and intelligence, more and more advanced technologies are applied to the automobile. For example, Advanced Driver Assistance Systems 360-degree panoramic parking system and Blu-ray DVD playback system, these new features drive the demand for high bandwidth in vehicular networks. The current vehicular network based on CAN bus is restricted in transmission bandwidth and expansibility, so it is difficult to meet the actual needs of people. However, with the emergence of on-board Ethernet technology, It provides a new technical method to solve the above problems. The on-board Ethernet mainly includes two parts: BroadR-Reach transport physical layer and Ethernet AVB(Audio/Video bridging protocol stack, which have the characteristics of high bandwidth, strong expansibility and open architecture, etc. 100 Mbps full-duplex communication can be realized on single pair of unshielded twisted-pair wires, which can meet the needs of future body network communication. In view of the above problems, this paper focuses on the study of vehicle-mounted hybrid network based on Ethernet AVB protocol stack and CAN bus. The main contents of this thesis are as follows: firstly, the current situation of vehicle hybrid network technology is deeply investigated, and the problems existing in the current vehicle hybrid network technology are analyzed. Aiming at this problem, the related technologies of on-board Ethernet are studied, and compared with the traditional on-board network, the technical advantages of on-board Ethernet are analyzed and summarized. Secondly, The key technologies of BroadR-Reach transport physical layer and AVB software stack realization of on-board Ethernet are analyzed, and the hybrid network based on Ethernet AVB protocol stack and CAN bus is designed and built. The transmission of video stream between Talker node and Listener node of Ethernet AVB is realized, and the transmission control of video stream in Ethernet AVB network can be realized through CAN network. Finally, the test platform of hybrid network system is built according to the characteristics of hybrid network structure. According to the communication principle of the hybrid network, the system function test, system performance test and pedestrian image recognition case test of the hybrid network are carried out by using the on-board Ethernet testing tool CANoe.Ethernet. the experimental results show that, The vehicle hybrid network based on Ethernet AVB can realize the transmission function of the vehicle video image, and the image transmission delay is less than 2 Ms, which satisfies the communication standard of the on-board Ethernet, and lays a theoretical foundation for the future research of the on-board Ethernet. It has certain reference value.
