【摘要】：為了解決目前汽車(chē)安全氣囊用電點(diǎn)火具可靠性、安全性、抗靜電能力等不足的問(wèn)題,采用半導(dǎo)體橋替代灼熱橋絲制作汽車(chē)安全氣囊用電點(diǎn)火具,對(duì)抗靜電結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),解決了上述問(wèn)題;同時(shí)通過(guò)對(duì)電極塞結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),解決了電點(diǎn)火藥涂覆效率低的問(wèn)題;對(duì)輸出裝藥進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì),既滿(mǎn)足了輸出壓力要求,又保證了瞬發(fā)度要求。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problems of reliability, safety, antistatic ability and so on, the semiconductor bridge is used to replace the hot bridge wire to make the electric igniter of automobile safety airbag. The antistatic structure is designed to solve the above problems. At the same time, by designing the structure of electrode plug, the problem of low coating efficiency of electric ignition powder is solved. The design of output charge not only meets the requirement of output pressure, but also guarantees the requirement of instantaneous degree.
