【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟高速發(fā)展,交通運輸業(yè)也越來越發(fā)達,輕型環(huán)保的汽車零部件的研發(fā)工作越來越受到關(guān)注。本文以16噸單點懸掛平衡軸與安裝托架優(yōu)化設(shè)計為例,在保證載重指標的前提下,盡量使汽車質(zhì)量減輕,在動力不變的前提下,能運載更多貨物,在經(jīng)濟層面有著非常重要的實際意義。對企業(yè)而言,由于資金與技術(shù)的制約,新材料和先進的制造工藝不能應(yīng)用到生產(chǎn)中,因此,要達到輕量化目標,對結(jié)構(gòu)進行改進是最廣泛的方法。本文以16噸單點懸掛的平衡軸、安裝托架為研究對象,在考慮懸掛要求適應(yīng)多工況的情況下,基于SolidWorks2013軟件的建模和有限元數(shù)值仿真分析方法,在滿足其強度要求的情況下,對平衡軸的尺寸與安裝托架的前后左右側(cè)板尺寸作了相應(yīng)的優(yōu)化,分析在額定靜載重、額定載重急剎車、轉(zhuǎn)彎、額載轉(zhuǎn)彎急剎車四種工況下平衡軸、安裝托架的應(yīng)力圖、位移圖和應(yīng)變圖,得出不同工況下的最大應(yīng)力值及其所在位置,使其達到輕量化目標。在本著節(jié)約成本的目標出發(fā),對平衡軸螺母也做了優(yōu)化設(shè)計。平衡軸螺母凸臺與擋圈凸臺裝配關(guān)系作出了修改,去掉凸臺。采用規(guī)格小的鋼管進行加工,節(jié)約加工用料,同時減少了加工量,提高加工效率。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, the traffic and transportation industry is becoming more and more developed, and the research and development of light and environment-friendly automobile parts have been paid more and more attention. Taking the optimization design of the 16 tons single point suspension balance shaft and the mounting bracket as an example, under the premise of ensuring the load index, minimizing the automobile quality and carrying more goods under the premise of constant power is of great practical significance in the economic level. For enterprises, due to the constraints of capital and technology, new materials and advanced manufacturing processes can not be applied to production. Therefore, in order to achieve lightweight objectives, improving structure is the most widely used method. In this paper, 16 tons of single point suspension balance shaft, mounting bracket as the research object, considering the suspension requirements to adapt to many conditions under the condition of modeling and analysis method of SolidWorks2013 software and the finite element numerical simulation based on the situation, meet the strength requirements, the size of the balance shaft and mounting brackets around the plate size the corresponding optimization analysis in the rated static load, rated load and rated load braking, turning turning brakes four conditions of balance shaft, mounting bracket, stress displacement and strain diagram, obtained under different working conditions of the stress value and its position, so as to reach the goal of lightweight. On the basis of the goal of saving cost, the optimum design of the balance axle nut is also made. The assembly relationship of the balancing shaft nut bump and the ring bump is modified to remove the protruding table. The small size steel pipe is used to save the processing material, at the same time, the processing quantity is reduced and the processing efficiency is improved.
