解磷細(xì)菌對(duì)巨尾桉根際土壤酸性磷酸酶活性的影響

【摘要】:為探究解磷細(xì)菌與土壤酸性磷酸酶活性的關(guān)系,以解無機(jī)磷細(xì)菌P7、P19和解有機(jī)磷細(xì)菌YP17為解磷菌劑,以巨尾桉幼苗作為研究對(duì)象,以4種森林土壤為基質(zhì)進(jìn)行盆栽試驗(yàn),設(shè)置1×106cfu·m L-1(低)、0.5×107cfu·m L-1(中)、1×107cfu·m L-1(高)3個(gè)菌濃度處理以及空白對(duì)照.結(jié)果表明:不同土壤條件下,混菌處理(P7YP17、P7P19YP17、P19YP17)對(duì)土壤酸性磷酸酶活性影響總體優(yōu)于單菌(P7、P19、YP17);高濃度和中濃度處理酶的土壤酸性磷酸活性高于低濃度處理.有機(jī)解磷菌及其解磷菌群對(duì)巨尾桉根際土壤酸性磷酸酶活性的促進(jìn)作用強(qiáng)于無機(jī)解磷菌處理.
