滇中高原華山松植物多樣性與土壤生物肥力特征

【摘要】:為探究滇中高原華山松植物多樣性與土壤生物肥力的關(guān)系,運(yùn)用野外調(diào)查法和實(shí)驗(yàn)室分析法對(duì)玉溪市磨盤山國(guó)家森林公園的華山松天然次生林進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明:1磨盤山華山松天然次生林形成以華山松為優(yōu)勢(shì)種的針闊混交林,其物種組成單一、植物多樣性較低,共出現(xiàn)維管束植物13科15屬15種。2華山松林下有機(jī)質(zhì)、全氮、堿解氮、全磷、有效磷、速效鉀含量,酶活性及微生物數(shù)量隨土層深度的加深呈遞減趨勢(shì),pH、全鉀含量隨土層深度的加深而呈遞增趨勢(shì)。3主成分分析結(jié)果顯示,土壤養(yǎng)分、過(guò)氧化氫酶、轉(zhuǎn)化酶和微生物都能較好地反映土壤生物肥力特征,多樣性指數(shù)、優(yōu)勢(shì)度指數(shù)以及豐富度指數(shù)這3個(gè)因子能夠較好地反映植物多樣性。4華山松植物多樣性與土壤肥力特征具有明顯的相關(guān)性,其中對(duì)植物多樣性影響較大的土壤肥力指標(biāo)有真菌、過(guò)氧化氫酶、全氮、速效鉀、全鉀、轉(zhuǎn)化酶、細(xì)菌、全磷、有效磷。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the relationship between plant diversity and soil biological fertility in the central Yunnan Plateau, the natural secondary forest of Pinus tabulaeformis in Mopanshan National Forest Park of Yuxi City was studied by means of field investigation and laboratory analysis. The results showed that: (1) there were 13 families, 15 genus and 15 species of vascular plants. 2 Organic matter, total nitrogen, alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen, total phosphorus, available potassium content, enzyme activity and microbial quantity decreased with the deepening of soil depth, and the species composition was single and the plant diversity was low. 2. The content of organic matter, total nitrogen, alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen, total phosphorus, available potassium, enzyme activity and microbial quantity decreased with the deepening of soil depth, and the content of organic matter, total nitrogen, alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen, total phosphorus, available potassium, enzyme activity and microbial count decreased with the depth of soil layer. The content of total potassium increased with the depth of soil layer. 3 the results of principal component analysis showed that soil nutrients, catalase, invertase and microorganisms could well reflect the characteristics of soil biological fertility, diversity index, dominance index and richness index. (4) there was an obvious correlation between plant diversity and soil fertility characteristics of Pinus tabulaeformis. The soil fertility indexes which have great influence on plant diversity are fungi, catalase, total nitrogen, available potassium, total potassium, transforming enzyme, bacteria, total phosphorus and available phosphorus.
