靜力觸探技術(shù)在水墜壩質(zhì)量檢測中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:水墜法修筑淤地壩技術(shù)近年來得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用和推廣,但對(duì)于成型的水墜壩缺乏系統(tǒng)和科學(xué)的質(zhì)量檢測方法。本研究以陜西省延安市志丹縣前拐溝淤地壩為研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用靜力觸探技術(shù),通過對(duì)邊埂碾壓層、壩頂碾壓層、水墜沖填層的靜力觸探數(shù)據(jù)分析,初步檢測、評(píng)價(jià)其質(zhì)量;借助SURFER軟件的優(yōu)勢(shì),快速繪制比貫入阻力等值線圖,方便對(duì)靜力觸探試驗(yàn)冗繁的數(shù)據(jù)量進(jìn)行處理和分析,準(zhǔn)確、清楚的呈現(xiàn)壩體不同位置強(qiáng)度的大小,并借此分析水墜壩工程質(zhì)量;建立中粉質(zhì)壤土所筑水墜壩含水率與靜力觸探比貫入阻力之間的相關(guān)關(guān)系,用以對(duì)壩體流態(tài)區(qū)位置的推求,方便靜力觸探技術(shù)探求水墜壩流態(tài)區(qū)位置這一新技術(shù)的應(yīng)用與推廣;將該水墜壩質(zhì)量檢測方法與傳統(tǒng)方法相結(jié)合,希望形成一套完整的、科學(xué)的、系統(tǒng)的、貫穿施工期和運(yùn)營期的水墜壩質(zhì)量檢測方法。本論文得出的主要結(jié)論如下:(1)筑壩土料的顆粒分析試驗(yàn)和界限含水率試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:根據(jù)《土工試驗(yàn)規(guī)程》(SL237-1999)中相關(guān)規(guī)定,該筑壩土料屬低液限粘土(CL)。根據(jù)《水墜壩技術(shù)規(guī)范》(SL302-2004)中相關(guān)規(guī)定,該筑壩土料屬中粉質(zhì)壤土。(2)通過對(duì)壩坡碾壓層比貫入阻力值變化規(guī)律的分析,說明施工過程中邊坡修整和碾壓法現(xiàn)行施工工藝對(duì)邊埂碾壓層質(zhì)量有一定影響,具體表現(xiàn)為邊埂碾壓層的外側(cè)強(qiáng)度較小,在惡劣天氣的影響下,易出現(xiàn)裂縫、沉陷等現(xiàn)象;通過對(duì)壩頂碾壓層比貫入阻力值變化規(guī)律的分析,我們可以確定碾壓施工時(shí),單次碾壓的填土厚度及碾壓質(zhì)量;水墜沖填層比貫入阻力值的分析主要是對(duì)水墜沖填體均勻程度的分析,我們引入變異系數(shù)(CV)作為其定量描述的指標(biāo),從該角度為水墜沖填層質(zhì)量進(jìn)行分析。(3)含水率與比貫入阻力值之間呈現(xiàn)冪函數(shù)關(guān)系,相關(guān)性達(dá)到了極顯著水平,二者的擬合方程為:y=0.018x-2.72(其中y為比貫入阻力值,x為含水率)。當(dāng)運(yùn)用靜力觸探技術(shù)探求水墜壩流態(tài)區(qū)位置時(shí),可以直接應(yīng)用《鐵路工程地質(zhì)原位測試規(guī)程》中的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),而針對(duì)整個(gè)水墜沖填體進(jìn)行研究,宜在該規(guī)程數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上,自行建立含水率與比貫入阻力值的相關(guān)關(guān)系,進(jìn)而推求對(duì)應(yīng)筑壩土料不同塑性狀態(tài)的臨界比貫入阻力值。(4)借助SURFER軟件的優(yōu)勢(shì),快速繪制比貫入阻力等值線圖,減輕了圖件繪制的工作量。壩體比貫入阻力等值線圖的繪制可以方便我們對(duì)靜力觸探試驗(yàn)冗繁的數(shù)據(jù)量進(jìn)行處理和分析,可以更加準(zhǔn)確、清楚的呈現(xiàn)壩體不同位置強(qiáng)度的大小,方便進(jìn)行進(jìn)一步的分析和研究。將靜力觸探比貫入阻力等值線圖中等值線等級(jí)作適當(dāng)調(diào)整,填充適宜顏色后,可以針對(duì)性的對(duì)壩體碾壓層和水墜沖填層進(jìn)行具體分析。針對(duì)壩體碾壓層繪制的比貫入阻力等值線彩圖清楚地呈現(xiàn)出壩體不同位置的碾壓層的強(qiáng)度,進(jìn)而可以分析壩體不同位置碾壓層質(zhì)量,在施工期,可以推測鼓肚、變形、管涌等現(xiàn)象的易發(fā)區(qū)域,成壩后,可以為壩體的加固提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。針對(duì)水墜沖填層繪制的壩體塑性狀態(tài)分區(qū)圖可以清楚地呈現(xiàn)壩體五個(gè)塑性狀態(tài)分區(qū)的具體范圍,其中,流塑區(qū),即流態(tài)區(qū)的范圍應(yīng)高度重視,不同時(shí)間節(jié)點(diǎn)壩體塑性狀態(tài)分區(qū)圖可以方便我們對(duì)壩體流態(tài)區(qū)的消散進(jìn)行形成、發(fā)展,以及消散進(jìn)行分析,進(jìn)而判斷壩體的穩(wěn)定與安全。
[Abstract]:The construction of the silt dam by the water-drop method has been widely used and promoted in recent years, but it is lack of system and scientific quality detection method for the formed water-drop dam. In this study, a static sounding technique is used to analyze the static contact data of the side-bank rolling layer, the dam crest rolling layer and the water-drop impact-filling layer by using the static sounding technique, and the advantages of the SURFER software are evaluated by using the static sounding technique. It is convenient to process and analyze the data volume of the dead complex of the static sounding test, and the size of different positions of the dam body can be accurately and clearly presented, and the project quality of the water falling dam is analyzed. The relationship between the water content of the dam and the penetration resistance of the dam in the medium silty soil is established, and the application and extension of the new technology for the location of the flow state area of the water fall dam are studied by means of the static sounding technique. The quality detection method of the water drop dam is combined with the traditional method to form a complete, scientific and systematic method for detecting the quality of the water falling dam which runs through the construction period and the operation period. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: (1) The test of the particle analysis and the limit water content of the dam-building soil material show that the dam-building material belongs to the low-liquid-limit clay (CL) according to the relevant provisions in the Code for Geotechnical Test (SL237-1999). According to the relevant provisions of the Technical Specification for Water-falling Dam (SL302-2004), the dam-building material belongs to the medium silty soil. (2) Through the analysis of the change law of the specific penetration resistance value of the rolling layer of the dam slope, it is indicated that the current construction technology of the side slope trimming and rolling method in the construction process has a certain influence on the quality of the side ridge rolling layer, It is easy to have the phenomena of crack, subsidence and so on. Through the analysis of the change law of the specific penetration resistance value of the rolling layer on the dam crest, we can determine the filling thickness and the rolling quality of the single rolling during the rolling construction. The analysis of the penetration resistance value of the water-drop impact-filling layer is mainly the analysis of the uniform degree of the water-drop filling body, and the coefficient of variation (CV) is introduced as the index of the quantitative description, and the quality of the water falling-filling layer is analyzed from the angle. (3) There is a power function relation between water content and the penetration resistance value, and the correlation has reached a very significant level. The fitting equation of the two is: y = 0.018x-2.72 (where y is the specific penetration resistance value and x is the water content). When a static sounding technique is used to explore the position of the water drop dam, the relevant data of the in-situ test procedure for the engineering geological in-situ test of the railway can be directly applied, The relationship between the water content and the specific penetration resistance is established, and the critical specific penetration resistance value corresponding to the different plastic state of the dam is obtained. (4) With the advantage of the SURFER software, the plot of the specific penetration resistance is quickly drawn, and the workload of the drawing is reduced. The drawing of the contour map of the specific penetration resistance of the dam body can be convenient for us to process and analyze the data volume of the static sounding test, and the size of different positions of the dam body can be more accurately and clearly presented, and further analysis and research can be carried out conveniently. The proper adjustment of the contour level of the static sounding and penetration resistance contour map is made, and after the proper color is filled, the rolling layer of the dam body and the water drop impact layer can be specifically analyzed. The color map of the specific penetration resistance drawn for the rolling layer of the dam body clearly presents the strength of the rolling layer at different positions of the dam body, and further the quality of the rolling layer at different positions of the dam body can be analyzed, And can provide a scientific basis for the reinforcement of the dam body. The specific scope of the five plastic state zones of the dam body can be clearly presented for the plastic state zoning map of the dam body drawn by the water-drop impact-filling layer, wherein the flow-plastic zone, i.e. the range of the flow state area, should be paid great attention, The zoning map of the plastic state of the dam body at different time can be convenient for us to form, develop and analyze the dissipation of the dam body, and then to judge the stability and safety of the dam body.
