【摘要】：捕食性瓢蟲是農(nóng)田生態(tài)系中一類重要的天敵昆蟲,種內(nèi)自殘和集團(tuán)內(nèi)捕食現(xiàn)象在捕食性瓢蟲中普遍存在。本研究在室內(nèi)通過選擇性和非選擇性試驗(yàn)比較分析了異色瓢蟲、七星瓢蟲及龜紋瓢蟲成蟲對卵的種內(nèi)自殘和集團(tuán)內(nèi)捕食作用以及卵表面的化學(xué)物質(zhì)對集團(tuán)內(nèi)捕食作用的影響。結(jié)果表明:在非選擇性試驗(yàn)中,3種捕食性瓢蟲成蟲對卵表現(xiàn)出相似的取食現(xiàn)象,即對龜紋瓢蟲卵取食最多,其次為七星瓢蟲卵,對異色瓢蟲卵取食相對較少;在選擇性試驗(yàn)中,七星瓢蟲和龜紋瓢蟲較偏好取食同種卵,對異色瓢蟲卵取食均較少;而異色瓢蟲喜歡取食異種卵,對同種卵取食相對較少。3種瓢蟲卵經(jīng)正己烷漂洗后,異色瓢蟲、七星瓢蟲和龜紋瓢蟲成蟲卻未對卵表現(xiàn)出取食偏好性。本研究可為捕食性瓢蟲組合釋放與協(xié)調(diào)利用、田間集團(tuán)內(nèi)捕食作用評定及其在生物防治中的應(yīng)用提供理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Predatory ladybug is a kind of important natural enemy insects in farmland ecosystem. The phenomena of intraspecific self-harm and intra-group predation are common in predatory ladybugs. In this study, selective and non-selective experiments were carried out to analyze the effects of different color ladybug, ladybird and ladybug adults on intraspecific and intraspecific predation of eggs, as well as the effects of chemical substances on egg surface on intra-cluster predation. The results showed that, in the non-selective experiment, three predatory ladybug adults showed similar feeding on eggs, that is, the most eggs were eaten on ladybird eggs, the next was ladybug eggs, and the eggs were less on different color ladybugs eggs. In the selective test, both ladybug and ladybug preferred to feed on the same species eggs, but less on the eggs of ladybird beetles. The eggs of three species of ladybug were washed with n-hexane, but the adults of ladybug, ladybird and ladybug showed no preference for egg feeding. 3 species of ladybug eggs were washed with n-hexane, but the adults of ladybird, ladybird and ladybug showed no preference for egg feeding. 3 species of ladybug eggs were washed with hexane. This study can provide a theoretical basis for the combination release and coordinated utilization of predatory ladybugs, the evaluation of predation in field groups and its application in biological control.
