青海湖流域土壤大孔隙特征與理化性質(zhì)的相關(guān)性研究

【摘要】:土壤大孔隙是土壤水分、空氣和化學(xué)物質(zhì)運(yùn)移優(yōu)先流的主要途徑。本文以青海湖流域土壤為研究對(duì)象,在青海湖沙柳河流域取原狀土柱,利用CT掃描與Fiji軟件相結(jié)合的方法,實(shí)現(xiàn)了土壤大孔隙結(jié)構(gòu)的三維可視化,以及斷層橫截面土壤大孔隙度、大孔隙數(shù)量和大孔隙等效直徑等的量化;并探討了樣地土壤大孔隙特征與理化性質(zhì)的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果表明:青海湖流域土壤大孔隙主要分布在土壤表層0~100 mm,100 mm以下大孔隙較少;土壤全磷含量分別與土壤大孔隙數(shù)量、大孔隙等效直徑有顯著相關(guān)性;土壤全氮、有機(jī)質(zhì)含量分別與土壤大孔隙平均等效直徑有顯著相關(guān)性;土壤體積質(zhì)量與大孔隙度、大孔隙平均等效直徑等有顯著相關(guān)性;土壤中0.002≤Ф0.02 mm的顆粒含量與大孔隙的分布特征相關(guān)性較大。
[Abstract]:Soil macropores are the main pathways for preferential flow of soil moisture, air and chemicals. In this paper, taking the soil of Qinghai Lake basin as the research object, taking the undisturbed soil column in the Shaliuhe River basin of Qinghai Lake, using the method of combining CT scanning and Fiji software, the 3D visualization of soil macroporous structure is realized. And the quantification of the soil macroporosity, the number of macropores and the equivalent diameter of macropores, etc. The correlation between soil macroporosity and physical and chemical properties was also discussed. The results showed that the distribution of soil macropores in Qinghai Lake basin was less than 0 ~ 100 mm,100 mm, and there was a significant correlation between soil total phosphorus content and the amount of macropores and the equivalent diameter of macropores. The content of soil total nitrogen and organic matter were significantly correlated with the mean equivalent diameter of the soil macropores, and the soil volume mass was significantly correlated with the macroporosity, the mean equivalent diameter of the macropores and so on.
