【摘要】：以中國東北及中部糧食主產(chǎn)區(qū)耕地為對象,以糧食主產(chǎn)區(qū)黑龍江、吉林等9個省的農(nóng)用地縣級分等成果為數(shù)據(jù)來源,通過Arc GIS統(tǒng)計分析,經(jīng)加權(quán)平均法數(shù)據(jù)處理,研究耕地等別在不同空間尺度的分布規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,兩大糧食主產(chǎn)區(qū)耕地在1~15等均有分布,其平均等別為9.5等,比全國耕地平均等別9.8等高0.3個等別;省際之間耕地等別差異明顯,湖北、湖南和江西3個省份的耕地等別較高,集中在5~8等,黑龍江、吉林和遼寧的耕地等別較低,集中在9~12等,湘、鄂、皖、贛區(qū)耕地等別高于晉豫區(qū)和東北區(qū);一級指標(biāo)區(qū)耕地等別差異較大,長江中下游區(qū)、江南區(qū)、四川盆地和黃淮海區(qū)耕地等別較高,東北區(qū)、內(nèi)蒙古高原及長城沿線區(qū)、黃土高原區(qū)和云貴高原區(qū)耕地等別較低;耕地等別與區(qū)域資源本底要素水平相一致,復(fù)種指數(shù)與作物光溫氣候生產(chǎn)潛力水平高的指標(biāo)區(qū)耕地等別較高,灌溉水田和水澆地等別總體高于旱地和其他宜農(nóng)地,復(fù)種指數(shù)相同的指標(biāo)區(qū),應(yīng)優(yōu)先保護等別較高的水田和水澆地,重點提升等別較低的旱地和其他宜農(nóng)地。這為實施差別化的土地整治和高標(biāo)準(zhǔn)基本農(nóng)田建設(shè)、劃定耕地質(zhì)量保護和提升重點區(qū)域、優(yōu)化耕地空間布局提供了理論參考。
[Abstract]:Taking the cultivated land in the main grain producing areas of northeast and central China as the object, taking the agricultural land and county grade achievements of 9 provinces, such as Heilongjiang and Jilin provinces as the data source, through the Arc GIS statistical analysis, the weighted average method is used to process the data. The distribution of cultivated land on different spatial scales was studied. The results showed that the cultivated land in the two major grain producing areas was distributed in the grade of 1 ~ 15, and the average grade was 9.5, which was 0.3 higher than that of the national average of 9.8. The difference of cultivated land among provinces is obvious. The difference of cultivated land in Hubei, Hunan and Jiangxi provinces is higher, and it is concentrated in 5Q8, Heilongjiang, Jilin and Liaoning are lower, and are concentrated in 9 / 12, Hunan, Hubei, Anhui, etc. The cultivated land in Jiangxi is higher than that in Shanxi and Henan and Northeast China. The difference of cultivated land in the first grade index area is great, such as the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, Jiangnan region, Sichuan basin and Huang-Huai Hai area, and the northeast region, Inner Mongolia Plateau and the Great Wall area, loess plateau area and Yun-Gui Plateau area. The cultivated land and so on are consistent with the regional resource background factor level, the multiple cropping index and the crop light and temperature climate production potential level are higher, the irrigated paddy field and irrigated land are generally higher than the dry land and other suitable agricultural land, In the index areas with the same multiple cropping index, priority should be given to the protection of higher paddy fields and irrigated fields, and to the promotion of low drylands and other suitable agricultural lands. This provides a theoretical reference for the implementation of differential land regulation and the construction of high standard basic farmland, the delineation of the key areas of cultivated land quality protection and promotion, and the optimization of the spatial distribution of cultivated land.
