酸性電解水爆破處理靈芝廢段木效果研究

【摘要】:隨著靈芝產(chǎn)業(yè)的不斷壯大,每年因種植靈芝而產(chǎn)生大量廢段木。該文在對(duì)廢段木組成成分分析的基礎(chǔ)上,研究了酸性電解水爆破處理廢段木酶解工藝。廢段木經(jīng)酸性電解水預(yù)煮后高溫瞬時(shí)爆破處理來(lái)破壞組織結(jié)構(gòu)及纖維素結(jié)晶狀態(tài),以半纖維素去除率和纖維素?fù)p失率為考察指標(biāo),通過(guò)單因素試驗(yàn)及正交試驗(yàn)確定了反應(yīng)的最優(yōu)爆破條件為酸性電解水p H 1.8、爆破溫度180℃、爆破時(shí)間60 s、預(yù)煮液固比為20:1(m L:g)。此最佳條件下半纖維素的去除率為94.20%,纖維素的溶出率為12.57%;經(jīng)酸性電解水爆破處理后酶解率達(dá)86.40%,爆破殘?jiān)附庑Ч砻骼脧?qiáng)酸性電解水爆破處理靈芝廢段木能夠有效破壞纖維素結(jié)晶狀態(tài),利于纖維素酶酶解。
[Abstract]:With the growing of Ganoderma lucidum industry, a large number of waste wood are produced every year because of growing Ganoderma lucidum. Based on the analysis of the components of waste wood, the enzymatic hydrolysis process of waste wood by acid electrolytic water blasting was studied in this paper. The structure and crystalline state of cellulose were destroyed by the instantaneous blasting treatment of waste wood after pre-boiling with acidic electrolytic water. The removal rate of hemicellulose and the loss rate of cellulose were taken as the index of investigation. Through single factor test and orthogonal test, the optimum blasting conditions were determined as follows: acidic electrolytic water pH 1.8, blasting temperature 180 鈩,
