Biolog-ECO解析長裙竹蓀栽培種覆土層土壤微生物群落功能多樣性特征

【摘要】:為了解不同基質(zhì)培育長裙竹蓀栽培種覆土層土壤微生物群落功能多樣性特點(diǎn),運(yùn)用Biolog-ECO技術(shù),分析了以生橡膠木屑和熟橡膠木屑為基質(zhì)的覆土層土壤微生物群落功能多樣性。結(jié)果表明:覆土層土壤微生物平均吸光值(AWCD)總體變化趨勢和對六大類碳源的利用情況均為生料組大于熟料組和對照組,且熟料組和對照組基本一致;生料組Mc Intosh指數(shù)與熟料組、對照組間顯著差異,但3組之間的Shannon指數(shù)(H')、Simpson指數(shù)(D)和Pielou指數(shù)(E)的差異均不顯著。熟料作為培育長裙竹蓀栽培種的基質(zhì)加入,既增強(qiáng)了覆土層土壤的通透性,又為長裙竹蓀菌絲的生長繁殖提供了豐富的營養(yǎng)和良好的土壤微環(huán)境,更有利于長裙竹蓀栽培種菌絲的生長和繁殖,對長裙竹蓀栽培種的培育質(zhì)量具有重要的作用。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the functional diversity of soil microbial communities in different substrates, Biolog-ECO technique was used to analyze the functional diversity of soil microbial communities in overlying soil with raw rubber sawdust and cooked rubber sawdust as the substrate. The results showed that the total trend of (AWCD) and the utilization of six kinds of carbon sources in the soil covered soil were larger than those in the clinker group and the control group, and the clinker group and the control group were basically the same. The Mc Intosh index of raw meal group was significantly different from that of clinker group and control group, but there was no significant difference in Shannon index (H '), Simpson index (D) and Pielou index (E) among the three groups. The addition of clinker as the substrate for cultivating the cultivated species of Phylophora lanceolata has not only enhanced the permeability of soil covered with soil, but also provided rich nutrition and good soil microenvironment for the growth and reproduction of mycelia of Phylophora lanceolata. It is more conducive to the growth and propagation of mycelia of the cultivated species of Phylophora longicolor, and plays an important role in the quality of cultivation of Phylophora lanceolata.
