【摘要】：研究目的:利用浙江省嘉善縣428戶農(nóng)戶調查數(shù)據(jù),從兼業(yè)分化視角分析農(nóng)戶耕地輪作休耕參與意愿和最低受償金額及其影響因素,以期為完善中國的耕地輪作休耕模式提供參考。研究方法:CVM法和Heckman兩階段模型。研究結果:(1)農(nóng)戶耕地輪作休耕參與意愿隨著兼業(yè)程度的加深而升高:純農(nóng)戶、Ⅰ兼農(nóng)戶與Ⅱ兼農(nóng)戶相應比例分別為30.00%、77.69%和78.90%;(2)同意參與農(nóng)戶中平均最低受償金額隨著兼業(yè)程度的加深而升高:純農(nóng)戶、Ⅰ兼農(nóng)戶與Ⅱ兼農(nóng)戶平均最低受償金額分別為975.00元/畝·年、1041.58元/畝·年和1107.56元/畝·年;(3)回歸結果顯示,兼業(yè)分化對農(nóng)戶耕地輪作休耕參與意愿和最低受償金額均具有顯著正向作用;(4)在控制變量中,耕地塊數(shù)、轉包出面積、農(nóng)地政策滿意度、城市生活價值判斷和社會保障水平是否接受對參與意愿具有顯著影響。戶主年齡、耕地面積、轉包入面積、農(nóng)地政策滿意度和城市生活價值判斷對最低受償金額具有顯著影響。研究結論:農(nóng)戶受償意愿是影響耕地輪作休耕政策推行的重要因素,區(qū)分并尊重不同農(nóng)戶的偏好,提升農(nóng)戶對耕地非市場價值的認知是耕地輪作休耕政策可持續(xù)性的關鍵。
