【摘要】：以浙江省新昌縣為研究區(qū)域,借助于3S技術(shù),對(duì)新昌縣2015年和2016年的生產(chǎn)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目擾動(dòng)變化進(jìn)行了全面調(diào)查,調(diào)查成果作為基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)提供給當(dāng)?shù)厮姓䦂?zhí)法部門,大大提高了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)監(jiān)督檢查工作的針對(duì)性和效率,并實(shí)現(xiàn)了信息化與監(jiān)督檢查的融合。調(diào)查結(jié)果表明,生產(chǎn)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目分布隨著時(shí)間由城區(qū)向郊區(qū)及村鎮(zhèn)擴(kuò)散,同時(shí)2015年到2016年間,全縣生產(chǎn)建設(shè)項(xiàng)目擾動(dòng)圖斑數(shù)量和面積均呈擴(kuò)大趨勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:Taking Xinchang County of Zhejiang Province as the research area, with the help of 3s technology, the disturbance changes of production and construction projects in Xinchang County in 2015 and 2016 were investigated in an all-round way, and the results were provided to the local water administration and law enforcement department as the basic data. It greatly improves the pertinence and efficiency of field supervision and inspection, and realizes the integration of information and supervision and inspection. The results showed that the distribution of production and construction projects spread from urban areas to suburbs and villages and towns with time, and the number and area of disturbance maps of production and construction projects in the whole county showed a trend of expansion from 2015 to 2016.
