凍融作用對(duì)小興安嶺典型濕地土壤活性有機(jī)碳的影響

【摘要】:以小興安嶺天然興安落葉松沼澤濕地以及2003年、1992年、1985年開始進(jìn)行排水的興安落葉松人工林濕地為對(duì)象,研究?jī)鋈谧饔脤?duì)不同類型濕地土壤活性有機(jī)碳的影響。結(jié)果表明:4種濕地土壤有機(jī)碳(SOC)含量差異顯著(P0.05),但隨著凍融次數(shù)的增加,土壤SOC含量基本不變。經(jīng)歷1,2,4,9次凍融循環(huán)后,-5—5℃凍融處理下,其含量比凍融前僅分別變化1.64%,9.68%,2.32%,2.17%,-25—5℃凍融處理下,分別變化2.55%,6.45%,3.00%,2.36%,表明短期的凍融交替對(duì)土壤SOC總量變化的影響不大。凍融前后,4種濕地土壤輕組有機(jī)碳(LFOC)占SOC的比重變化不明顯(P0.05),但隨著凍融次數(shù)的增加,土壤LFOC含量先減少后增加,且9次凍融后略高于對(duì)照。1次凍融后,土壤DOC含量達(dá)到最大值,-5—5℃凍融處理下,分別為323.45,278.21,235.68,180.53 mg/kg,-25—5℃凍融處理下,分別為314.75,256.93,238.25,204.44 mg/kg。此外,土壤微生物量碳(MBC)占SOC比重在凍融前后變化也不明顯(P0.05),但總體上排水造林時(shí)間越長(zhǎng),土壤MBC占SOC比重變化越明顯。
