鄧小平生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)思想及其當(dāng)代價值

【摘要】：生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)作為一種新的農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展理念,它既是對人類社會發(fā)展過程中造成的生態(tài)污染、環(huán)境破壞付出沉重代價的深刻反思,又是對未來農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展、社會發(fā)展、人類發(fā)展的深入探索。生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)在當(dāng)前世界農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展中占有重要地位,是世界各國實現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的行動指南。鄧小平作為我國改革開放事業(yè)的開拓者和社會主義事業(yè)的建設(shè)者,他雖然沒有明確提出"生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)"這一概念,但是他發(fā)展我國農(nóng)業(yè)的理論與實踐蘊含著"生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)"思想的深厚底蘊。鄧小平生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)思想的發(fā)展有著得天獨厚的基礎(chǔ)條件。本文正是在這基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行探索與研究,共分為五個部分:第一部分是緒論。收集、閱讀資料和文獻(xiàn),闡述論文的研究背景與意義,分析國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,闡明研究的思路與方法,論證文章的創(chuàng)新點與不足,多角度、深層次了解生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)與鄧小平生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)思想的主要內(nèi)容,為正文的寫作打下基礎(chǔ)。第二部分是生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)與鄧小平生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)思想的概述。了解當(dāng)前國內(nèi)外關(guān)于生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)內(nèi)涵的界定、地位的確認(rèn)、特征的分析以及發(fā)展生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)的重大意義,在此基礎(chǔ)上從橫向角度分析鄧小平生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)思想的產(chǎn)生的歷史背景,從縱向角度分析鄧小平生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)思想理論來源和發(fā)展歷程。第三部分鄧小平生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)思想的主要內(nèi)容。作為本論文最重要的章節(jié),筆者從農(nóng)業(yè)與資源、能源的關(guān)系入手,分析鄧小平生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)關(guān)于水利設(shè)施、沼氣開發(fā)、機械化等方面的建設(shè);從農(nóng)業(yè)與環(huán)境關(guān)系入手,分析鄧小平生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)關(guān)于盲目開荒、植樹造林、治理"三廢"等方面的措施;從農(nóng)業(yè)與生態(tài)化關(guān)系入手,分析鄧小平生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)關(guān)于農(nóng)藥、化肥、種子等方面的要求;從農(nóng)業(yè)與科技、政策關(guān)系入手,分析鄧小平生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)關(guān)于依靠科技、制定政策、完善機制等方面的部署。第四部分鄧小平生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)思想的當(dāng)代價值。從理論價值角度分析鄧小平生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)的理論指導(dǎo)意義。從實踐角度,結(jié)合當(dāng)前國家發(fā)展低碳農(nóng)業(yè)、綠色農(nóng)業(yè)、循環(huán)農(nóng)業(yè),依靠科技和政策,分析鄧小平生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)思想對實現(xiàn)美麗富強中國夢具有的重大意義。第五部分結(jié)論。對全文進(jìn)行總結(jié),分析文章的不足。
[Abstract]:As a new concept of agricultural development, ecological agriculture is not only a profound reflection on the ecological pollution and environmental damage caused by the development of human society, but also a profound reflection on the future agricultural development and social development. Collecting, reading materials and literature, expounding the research background and significance of the thesis, analyzing the present research situation at home and abroad, expounding the ideas and methods of the research, demonstrating the innovative points and shortcomings of the article, and from various angles, Deeply understand the main contents of ecological agriculture and Deng Xiaoping's thought of ecological agriculture, and lay the foundation for the writing of the text. To understand the current definition of ecological agriculture at home and abroad, the confirmation of its status, the analysis of its characteristics and the great significance of developing ecological agriculture, and on this basis to analyze the historical background of Deng Xiaoping's thought on ecological agriculture from a horizontal perspective. This paper analyzes the origin and development course of Deng Xiaoping's ecological agriculture thought theory from the vertical angle. The third part is the main content of Deng Xiaoping's ecological agriculture thought. As the most important chapter of this paper, the author starts with the relationship between agriculture and resources and energy, analyzes the construction of Deng Xiaoping's ecological agriculture on water conservancy facilities, biogas development, mechanization and so on, and starts with the relationship between agriculture and environment. This paper analyzes the measures of Deng Xiaoping's ecological agriculture on blind exploitation, afforestation and management of the "three wastes", and analyzes the requirements of Deng Xiaoping's ecological agriculture on pesticides, chemical fertilizers and seeds, starting with the relationship between agriculture and ecology. Based on the relationship between agriculture and science and technology and policy, this paper analyzes the arrangement of Deng Xiaoping's ecological agriculture about relying on science and technology, making policies, perfecting mechanism, and so on. The fourth part is the contemporary value of Deng Xiaoping's ecological agriculture thought. This paper analyzes the theoretical guiding significance of Deng Xiaoping's ecological agriculture from the angle of theoretical value. From the practical point of view, combining with the current national development of low-carbon agriculture, green agriculture, circular agriculture, relying on science and technology and policies, this paper analyzes the great significance of Deng Xiaoping's thought of ecological agriculture for realizing beautiful, rich and powerful Chinese Dream.
