瓢蟲的趨光性反應(yīng)研究

【摘要】:以六斑月瓢蟲Menochilus sexmaculata Fabricius和狹臀瓢蟲Coccinella transversalis Fabricius為例,研究了瓢蟲對(duì)不同光質(zhì)(波長)的趨光性反應(yīng)。在室內(nèi)分別測(cè)定了六斑月瓢蟲和狹臀瓢蟲對(duì)5種發(fā)光二極管(LED)光波的趨性,以及在田間掛板(佳多溲)測(cè)定了瓢蟲對(duì)色板的選擇趨性。室內(nèi)測(cè)定結(jié)果表明,瓢蟲對(duì)黃色和白色LED光波的選擇趨性顯著高于與其它顏色;田間掛板試驗(yàn)表明,黃色對(duì)瓢蟲的誘殺作用最強(qiáng)。綜合分析,黃色對(duì)瓢蟲有強(qiáng)烈的吸引作用,建議在使用黃板進(jìn)行田間監(jiān)測(cè)和防治時(shí)應(yīng)考慮對(duì)天敵瓢蟲的誘殺作用。
[Abstract]:The phototaxis of ladybug Menochilus sexmaculata Fabricius and Coccinella transversalis Fabricius to different light quality (wavelength) were studied. The (LED) phototaxis of five light emitting diodes (LEDs) and the selectivity of ladybugs to color plates were measured in laboratory. The results showed that the selection of yellow and white LED light waves of ladybugs was significantly higher than that of other colors, and the field panel test showed that yellow had the strongest trapping effect on ladybugs. Comprehensive analysis showed that yellow had a strong attraction to ladybug. It was suggested that booby-traps of natural enemy ladybird should be considered when using yellow board to monitor and control the natural enemy ladybug in the field.
