雙委夜蛾不同蟲態(tài)耐寒性及體內(nèi)生化物質(zhì)含量變化

【摘要】:【目的】探索雙委夜蛾Athetis dissimilis(Hampson)的耐寒策略及越冬蟲態(tài)!痉椒ā恳允覂(nèi)雙委夜蛾種群為蟲源,分別測(cè)定3齡、4齡、5齡、6齡和老熟幼蟲以及蛹的過冷卻點(diǎn)(supercooling point,SCP)、結(jié)冰點(diǎn)(freezing point,FP)、含水量以及脂肪、蛋白質(zhì)、甘油、山梨醇和海藻糖含量!窘Y(jié)果】不同齡期幼蟲和蛹之間過冷卻點(diǎn)和結(jié)冰點(diǎn)存在顯著差異,低齡幼蟲SCP和FP較高;隨著齡期增長(zhǎng),二者均降低,老熟幼蟲的SCP和FP最低,分別為-18.20℃和-11.72℃。不同齡期幼蟲和蛹的生化物質(zhì)含量均存在顯著差異。隨著齡期的增加,含水量和甘油含量呈降低的趨勢(shì),蛹的含水量(65.33%)和甘油含量(154.90μg/mg)最低;脂肪和蛋白質(zhì)含量隨齡期的增加呈現(xiàn)增加的趨勢(shì),蛹的脂肪和蛋白質(zhì)含量最高,分別為25.36%和2 298.37μg/mg。老熟幼蟲海藻糖含量相對(duì)較高(57.28 mg/g),而山梨醇含量較低(15.49 mg/g)!窘Y(jié)論】與其他齡期相比,雙委夜蛾老熟幼蟲和蛹的耐寒性最強(qiáng),是最可能的越冬蟲態(tài);脂肪、蛋白質(zhì)和海藻糖可能是雙委夜蛾重要的耐寒物質(zhì)。
