2株降解菌對(duì)土壤中二甲戊靈的降解效果

【摘要】:在實(shí)驗(yàn)室條件下,研究了細(xì)菌菌株JY-2和JY-5對(duì)二甲戊靈污染土壤的修復(fù)作用及其影響因素,并采用生物法進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果表明,二甲戊靈的降解率與接種量呈正相關(guān),其中,當(dāng)接種量為10%(0.6×109CFU/g)時(shí),接種后15 d菌株JY-2和JY-5對(duì)土壤中200 mg/kg二甲戊靈的降解率分別達(dá)到66.18%和65.66%,低于此接種量時(shí)降解菌的降解作用較弱;土壤溫度及含水量對(duì)菌株降解作用具有顯著影響,最適土壤溫度為30℃,最佳含水量為600 g/kg,在此條件下,菌株JY-2和JY-5對(duì)二甲戊靈的降解率分別為73.25%和67.07%;接種降解菌JY-2和JY-5可不同程度降解土壤中二甲戊靈,減輕二甲戊靈對(duì)玉米和棉花生長(zhǎng)的抑制作用,具有一定的土壤修復(fù)作用。
[Abstract]:The effects of bacterial strains JY-2 and JY-5 on soil remediation of dimethylpentalin contaminated soil and its influencing factors were studied under laboratory conditions and were verified by biological method.
