【摘要】：從番茄根際采集的土壤中分離篩選得到12株產(chǎn)IAA的菌株,經(jīng)復(fù)篩獲得1株具有較好IAA生產(chǎn)能力的細(xì)菌,其發(fā)酵24 h產(chǎn)IAA水平達(dá)到48 mg/L以上,將其命名為HB-1。通過對(duì)菌株HB-1的16S r DNA序列分析對(duì)該菌進(jìn)行鑒定,并將菌株HB-1進(jìn)行液體發(fā)酵擴(kuò)繁,將得到的發(fā)酵液沖施白菜,試驗(yàn)其促生作用。結(jié)果表明,該高產(chǎn)IAA菌株為枯草芽孢桿菌。盆栽試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,菌株HB-1對(duì)白菜生長具有明顯的促生作用,施加HB-1發(fā)酵液處理的葉綠素含量、葉片數(shù)均高于對(duì)照(CK);HB-1發(fā)酵液處理的鮮質(zhì)量、干質(zhì)量與沖施清水的CK相比都增加,鮮質(zhì)量增加1.54~17.98 g,增幅達(dá)1.16%~13.55%,差異達(dá)到顯著水平,干質(zhì)量增加0.26~1.32 g,增幅達(dá)到2.97%~14.92%。其中添加發(fā)酵液1.0 m L/盆的處理組效果較好,葉綠素含量比CK高5.02%,葉片數(shù)比CK高15.78%,鮮質(zhì)量較空白處理增加17.98 g,增幅達(dá)13.55%,差異達(dá)極顯著水平,干質(zhì)量平均增加1.32 g,增幅達(dá)到14.92%。
[Abstract]:Twelve strains producing IAA were isolated from the soil collected from tomato rhizosphere, and one strain with good IAA production capacity was obtained by repeated screening. The level of IAA production reached more than 48 mg/L after 24 h fermentation, and it was named HB-1. The 16s r DNA sequence analysis of strain HB-1 was used to identify the strain, and the strain HB-1 was expanded by liquid fermentation. The results showed that the high IAA strain was Bacillus subtilis. The results of pot experiment showed that strain HB-1 had obvious promoting effect on the growth of Chinese cabbage. The chlorophyll content and leaf number of treated with HB-1 fermentation broth were higher than that of CK treated with (CK) HB-1 fermentation broth, and the dry weight was higher than that of CK treated with fresh water. The fresh weight increased by 1.54 ~ 17.98 g, the increase reached 1.16 ~ 13.55, the difference reached a significant level, the dry weight increased 0.26 ~ 1.32 g, and the increase reached 2.97% 14.92%. The effect of adding fermentation broth 1.0 mL / basin was better, chlorophyll content was 5.02% higher than CK, leaf number was 15.78% higher than CK, fresh weight increased 17.98 g, and the increase was 13.55%, the difference reached very significant level, dry weight increased 1.32 g on average, and the increase reached 14.92%.
