醋糟對土壤改良及兔眼藍漿果幼苗生長的影響

【摘要】:為了探究醋糟對土壤改良及藍漿果(Vaccinium spp.)生長的影響,以兔眼藍漿果(V.ashei Reade)品種‘燦爛’(‘Brightwell’)的2年生幼苗為實驗材料、純土壤為對照(CK),采用盆栽法對S1[V(醋糟)∶V(土壤)=25∶75]、S2[V(醋糟)∶V(土壤)=50∶50]、S3[V(泥炭)∶V(土壤)=50∶50]和S4[V(松樹皮)∶V(土壤)=50∶50]基質(zhì)及種植于這些基質(zhì)中品種‘燦爛’的相關指標進行了比較,并對該品種與基質(zhì)的相關指標進行了相關性分析。結果表明:與對照相比,4種基質(zhì)的電導率、全氮含量、全磷含量、有機質(zhì)含量和脲酶活性大多顯著(P0.05)升高,而容重卻明顯下降;S1和S2基質(zhì)的p H值略下降,S3和S4基質(zhì)的p H值略升高,而酸性磷酸酶活性則相反。其中,S2基質(zhì)的容重下降了15.29%,其電導率、全氮含量、全磷含量和有機質(zhì)含量分別升高了102.71%、239.01%、92.86%和531.71%,其脲酶和酸性磷酸酶活性分別升高了533.33%和95.47%。4種基質(zhì)中品種‘燦爛’的株高、基徑以及葉全氮和全磷含量與對照無顯著差異,而該品種的平均單果質(zhì)量、果形指數(shù)、單株地上部和根干質(zhì)量、根冠比以及根全氮和全磷含量則與對照有一定差異,并且,其單株根干質(zhì)量和根冠比總體上顯著高于對照。其中,S2基質(zhì)中該品種的單株根干質(zhì)量、根冠比以及根全氮和全磷含量分別較對照升高了83.94%、72.00%、23.89%和39.64%。相關性分析結果表明:基質(zhì)的理化性質(zhì)及脲酶和酸性磷酸酶活性對品種‘燦爛’的根冠比和根全氮含量影響較大。其中,該品種的根冠比與基質(zhì)的電導率呈顯著正相關,與脲酶和酸性磷酸酶活性呈極顯著正相關;該品種的根全氮含量與基質(zhì)的p H值呈極顯著負相關,與基質(zhì)的容重呈顯著負相關,與脲酶和酸性磷酸酶活性呈極顯著正相關?傮w來看,醋糟對土壤具有一定的改良效果,并能夠促進兔眼藍漿果品種‘燦爛’根系生長,且以添加體積分數(shù)50%醋糟的效果最佳。
[Abstract]:To explore the effects of vinegar lees on soil improvement and blueberry (Vaccinium spp.) The effects of growth on the growth of two year old seedlings of the rabbit blue berry (V.ashei Reade) variety 'Brightwell' were used as experimental materials. Using pot culture method to control soil (CK), S1 [V (vinegar grains): v (soil) 25: 75] S 2 [V (vinegar grains): v (soil) 50: 50] S3 [V (peat): v (soil) 50: 50] and S4 [V (pine bark): v (soil) 50W 50] substrates and cultivated in these substrates The related indicators of 'brilliant' are compared, The correlation analysis was carried out on the relative indexes between the variety and the substrate. The results showed that the electrical conductivity, total nitrogen content, total phosphorus content, organic matter content and urease activity of the four substrates were significantly higher than those of the control (P0.05). The pH value of S _ 1 and S _ 2 substrates decreased slightly, while the pH value of S _ 3 and S _ 4 substrates increased slightly, while the activity of acid phosphatase was opposite. The bulk weight of S 2 matrix decreased 15.29%, and its electrical conductivity, total nitrogen content, total phosphorus content and organic matter content increased by 102.71%, 239.01% and 531.71%, respectively. The urease and acid phosphatase activities increased by 533.33% and 95.47.4%, respectively. There was no significant difference in basal diameter, leaf total nitrogen and total phosphorus content, but the average single fruit mass, fruit shape index, shoot and root dry weight, root to shoot ratio, root total nitrogen and total phosphorus content of the variety were different from those of the control to some extent. The dry weight per plant and the ratio of root to shoot were significantly higher than that of the control. The root dry weight, root to shoot ratio and total nitrogen and phosphorus content of the variety increased by 83.9472.00% and 39.64%, respectively, compared with the control. The results of correlation analysis showed that the physicochemical properties of the substrate and the activities of urease and acid phosphatase had great influence on the root / shoot ratio and root total nitrogen content of the variety 'brilliant'. The root / shoot ratio of the variety was positively correlated with the conductivity of the substrate and was significantly correlated with the activities of urease and acid phosphatase, and the root total nitrogen content was negatively correlated with the pH value of the substrate. There was a significant negative correlation with the bulk density of the substrate and a very significant positive correlation with the activities of urease and acid phosphatase. As a whole, vinegar lees had a certain improvement effect on soil, and could promote the growth of 'brilliant' root system of rabbit blue berry variety 'brilliant', and the best effect was to add 50% vinegar grains.
