【摘要】：通過人工飼養(yǎng)、觀察和解剖新羽化成蟲,描述了柑橘長卷蛾Homona coffearia Nietner成蟲形態(tài)特征和內(nèi)外生殖系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)。結(jié)果表明:柑橘長卷蛾雌成蟲翅黃褐色,體長9.51~11.21 mm;雄成蟲前翅內(nèi)緣和臀前區(qū)左側(cè)黑色,基部有明顯的前緣褶、外緣至頂角黃褐色,體長8.27~9.34 mm。雌成蟲外生殖系統(tǒng)包括交配孔和產(chǎn)卵器,產(chǎn)卵器包括產(chǎn)卵孔和產(chǎn)卵瓣,內(nèi)生殖系統(tǒng)由1對卵巢、2根輸卵管、交尾囊、囊導(dǎo)管、導(dǎo)精管、受精囊腺、附腺等組成;雄成蟲外生殖系統(tǒng)包括抱器瓣、背兜、陽莖,內(nèi)生殖系統(tǒng)由睪丸、貯精囊、射精管等組成。
[Abstract]:The morphological characteristics and the structure of internal and external reproductive system of Homona coffearia Nietner adult were described by observing and dissecting the new adult in captivity. The results showed that the wings of female adult moth were yellowish brown with a body length of 9.51 ~ 11.21 mm, the inner edge of the male adult's anterior wing and the left side of the anterior gluteal region were black, the base had obvious front fold, the outer margin to the top angle was yellowish brown, and the length of the body was 8.27 ~ 9.34 mm. The external reproductive system of female adults consists of mating foramen and ovipositor, and the oviposition organ consists of oviposition foramen and oviposition valve. The inner reproductive system consists of 1 pair of ovary, 2 oviducts, paracyx sac, cystic duct, seminiferous duct, seminal vesicle gland, accessory gland and so on. The outer reproductive system of male adult is composed of clasping flap, dorsal pocket, positive stem and endogenesis system, such as testis, seminal vesicle, ejaculatory duct, etc.
