【摘要】：農(nóng)藥在環(huán)境中的降解行為是評(píng)估農(nóng)藥環(huán)境安全性的基礎(chǔ),農(nóng)藥的降解動(dòng)力學(xué)通常以一級(jí)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型描述�，F(xiàn)有的環(huán)境暴露模型也均需要輸入一級(jí)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型的農(nóng)藥在土壤中50%消失時(shí)間(DT50)。但有時(shí)一級(jí)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型不適用于描述農(nóng)藥在環(huán)境中,特別是土壤中的降解。因此歐盟和北美自由貿(mào)易區(qū)已發(fā)布了一系列關(guān)于使用非一級(jí)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型計(jì)算DT50的導(dǎo)則。介紹了歐美降解動(dòng)力學(xué)評(píng)估方法,并用多組降解數(shù)據(jù)比較了2種評(píng)估方法的區(qū)別。
[Abstract]:The degradation behavior of pesticides in the environment is the basis for evaluating the environmental safety of pesticides. The degradation kinetics of pesticides is usually described by first-order kinetic model. The existing environmental exposure models also require 50% extinction time (DT50) of pesticides in soils with first-order kinetic models. But sometimes the first-order kinetic model is not suitable to describe the degradation of pesticides in the environment, especially in the soil. Therefore, the European Union and the North American Free Trade area have issued a series of guidelines on the use of non-first-order kinetic models to calculate DT50. The evaluation methods of degradation kinetics in Europe and the United States were introduced, and the differences between the two methods were compared with multiple groups of degradation data.
