川東丘陵區(qū)水土保持綜合效益評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】:水土保持綜合效益評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)眾多,不同地區(qū)由于自然、社會(huì)和經(jīng)濟(jì)條件相差很大,評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的選取也不同。在對(duì)川東丘陵地區(qū)進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)查、走訪、查閱當(dāng)?shù)刭Y料、專家咨詢的基礎(chǔ)上確定了包括目標(biāo)層、準(zhǔn)則層和指標(biāo)層的三級(jí)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,包括20個(gè)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),這些指標(biāo)以量化為主,基本能夠反映區(qū)域水土保持綜合效益。在對(duì)不同效益評(píng)價(jià)方法進(jìn)行分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了利用層次分析法進(jìn)行水土保持綜合效益評(píng)價(jià)的方法,對(duì)丁家河小流域治理后水土保持綜合效益進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià),結(jié)果表明,治理后小流域水土保持綜合效益得分值為0.091 6,各準(zhǔn)則層效益表現(xiàn)為社會(huì)效益調(diào)水保土效益生態(tài)效益經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果與當(dāng)?shù)貙?shí)際相符合,表明本研究所建立的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系合理,評(píng)價(jià)方法可行,可應(yīng)用于川東丘陵區(qū)水土保持綜合效益評(píng)價(jià),為川東丘陵區(qū)水土保持綜合治理提供依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:There are many evaluation indexes for the comprehensive benefit of soil and water conservation. Because of the natural, social and economic conditions, the selection of the evaluation index is different in different regions. On the basis of field investigation, visits, local materials and expert consultation in the hilly areas of eastern Sichuan, the three-level evaluation index system, including target level, criterion layer and index layer, has been determined, including 20 evaluation indicators. These indexes are mainly quantitative and can reflect the comprehensive benefit of regional soil and water conservation. Based on the analysis of different benefit evaluation methods, the comprehensive benefit evaluation method of soil and water conservation by AHP is put forward, and the comprehensive benefit of soil and water conservation after harnessing the small watershed of Dingjiahe River is evaluated. The comprehensive benefit of soil and water conservation in small watershed is 0.091, and the benefit of each criterion layer is social benefit, water transfer benefit, soil conservation benefit, ecological benefit and economic benefit. The evaluation results are in accordance with the local practice. The results show that the evaluation index system is reasonable and the evaluation method is feasible. It can be applied to the comprehensive benefit evaluation of soil and water conservation in the hilly area of East Sichuan Province and provide the basis for the comprehensive management of soil and water conservation in the hilly area of East Sichuan Province.
