從精確種植、精確養(yǎng)殖和精確加工3個分支全面展開精確農(nóng)業(yè)的技術(shù)體系。主張先由專家系統(tǒng)、模擬系統(tǒng)和決策支持系統(tǒng)（后3S）集成入手，將研究的階段性成果隨時付諸實踐，逐步向精確種植體系的兩頭延伸，達到前3S（GPS，GIS，RSS）集成和智能控制農(nóng)業(yè)機器的實現(xiàn)，最終完成整個體系。據(jù)國外經(jīng)驗，精確設(shè)施種植和養(yǎng)殖業(yè)的研發(fā)可先于大田精確種植，這樣貫徹了“先易后難”可望事半功倍。
