紫莖澤蘭野外微生物堆肥及毒性評價

【摘要】:紫莖澤蘭是我國危害最嚴重的外侵植物,具有動物、植物和微生物毒性,研究紫莖澤蘭野外就地堆肥技術(shù),評估腐熟效果,可為有效防除與資源化利用提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。在野外自然條件下,通過接種惡臭假單胞菌(Pseudomonas putita sp.)和熱解纖維梭菌(Clostridium thermocellumsp.),同時添加尿素和硫酸鈣以及覆蓋農(nóng)用薄膜研究紫莖澤蘭生物堆肥效果,并評價紫莖澤蘭發(fā)酵產(chǎn)物生物毒性。接種菌劑后,堆肥高溫期(50.0℃~64.5℃)持續(xù)時間達22d,石油醚提取物從3.15g/kg降低至0.37g/kg,80d可充分腐熟紫莖澤蘭。腐熟物料的pH、有機質(zhì)、養(yǎng)分和重金屬含量符合NY/525-2011國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn),腐殖酸含量為8.42%。動物毒性試驗表明,浸提液對小鼠體重增長無顯著影響,心、肝、腎、肺等組織器官未見病理變化。用生物堆肥浸提液浸種,促進小麥種子發(fā)芽率指數(shù)、活力指數(shù)和苗高,分別比無離子水浸種提高了8.65%、28.79%和23.69%;在添加紫莖澤蘭生物堆肥的土壤中,微生物碳氮和脫氫酶活性比不施肥和單施化肥顯著提高。生物堆肥可野外就地腐熟紫莖澤蘭,降解有毒物質(zhì),提供有機肥源,實現(xiàn)紫莖澤蘭的經(jīng)濟、有效防除與資源化利用。

The study of field composting technology and evaluation of rotting effect can provide scientific basis for effective control and utilization of resources.
