不同pH和濾料對(duì)硝化細(xì)菌消氨效果的影響

【摘要】:為了解在不同pH和濾料條件下硝化細(xì)菌對(duì)氨氮(NH_4~+-N)和亞硝酸鹽氮(NO_2~--N)的去除效果,通過(guò)試驗(yàn),探討了5.0~10.0等6個(gè)pH梯度以及陶環(huán)、珊瑚石、生物刷和生物球等4種濾料的消氨效果。在pH 8.0~9.0時(shí),至試驗(yàn)第7天氨氮去除率分別達(dá)99.86%、98.95%,明顯高于pH 6.0、7.0和10.0組(去除率分別為66.18%、71.43%和70.51%)。在pH 7.0~9.0時(shí),亞硝酸鹽氮濃度的增加小于氨氮濃度的下降,特別是在pH 9.0時(shí)兩者濃度變化差異明顯。生物刷、陶環(huán)、珊瑚石和生物球分別在試驗(yàn)的第3、4、6、7天,氨氮去除率達(dá)100%。陶環(huán)組和珊瑚石組,NO_2~--N質(zhì)量濃度在達(dá)到最高值(9.60 mg/L和10.00 mg/L),之后開始逐步下降。生物刷組和生物球組在達(dá)到最高值(9.55 mg/L和11.00 mg/L)之后基本維持不變。結(jié)果表明:硝化細(xì)菌適宜堿性的環(huán)境條件(pH 8.0~9.0),水體pH 9.0最有利于硝化細(xì)菌對(duì)NH_4~+-N和NO_2~--N的去除。不同濾料對(duì)硝化細(xì)菌去除NH_4~+-N和NO_2~--N有不同的影響。陶環(huán)對(duì)硝化細(xì)菌去除NH_4~+-N和NO_2~--N都有良好效果,生物刷只對(duì)去除NH_4~+-N有良好效果,珊瑚石只對(duì)去除NO_2~--N有良好效果。多種濾料配合使用有利于產(chǎn)生優(yōu)勢(shì)互補(bǔ)的效果。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the effect of nitrifying bacteria on the removal of NH _ 4- N ~ -N) and nitrite N _ 2O _ 2-N under different pH and filter media conditions, six pH gradients, such as 5.0 ~ 10.0, and four kinds of filter media, such as ceramic ring, coral stone, biological brush and biological ball, were studied. At pH 8.0 ~ 9.0, the ammonia nitrogen removal rate reached 99.86 ~ 98.95% on the 7th day of the experiment, which was significantly higher than that in pH 6.0 ~ 7.0 and 10.0 groups (the removal rates were 66.18% and 70.51%, respectively). At pH 7.0 ~ 9.0, the increase of nitrite nitrogen concentration is smaller than that of ammonia nitrogen concentration, especially at pH 9.0. Biological brushes, pottery rings, coral stones and biological balls were used in the experiment for 6 ~ 7 days, respectively, and the ammonia nitrogen removal rate reached 100. The mass concentration of No2 + -N in Taohuan formation and coral rock group reached the maximum value of 9.60 mg / L and 10.00 mg / L, and then began to decrease gradually after the concentration reached the maximum value of 9.60 mg / L and 10.00 mg 路L ~ (-1) 路L ~ (-1). After reaching the maximum value of 9.55 mg / L and 11.00 mg / L, the biological brush group and the biological ball group remained basically unchanged. The results showed that nitrifying bacteria were suitable for alkaline environment and pH 9.0 was most favorable for removing NH _ 4 ~ -N and no _ 2 ~ -N by nitrifying bacteria, and pH 9.0 in water was most favorable to the removal of NH _ 4 ~ -N and no _ 2 ~ -N by nitrifying bacteria. Different filter media have different effects on nitrifying bacteria removal of NH _ 4- N and no _ 2 ~ -N. The ceramic ring has a good effect on the removal of NH _ 4 ~ -N and no _ 2 N by nitrifying bacteria, the biological brush has a good effect on the removal of NH _ 4 ~ -N only, and the coral stone has a good effect on removing no _ 2 N only. The use of various kinds of filter media is beneficial to the effect of complementary advantages.
