【摘要】：當(dāng)今世界畜牧業(yè)環(huán)境污染已成熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題,而以養(yǎng)為治才是解決該問(wèn)題的根本之道。文章從大蒜素對(duì)畜牧業(yè)環(huán)保方面的作用入手,針對(duì)減少排泄物中抗生素殘留問(wèn)題,減少排泄物中營(yíng)養(yǎng)物質(zhì)含量,提高飼料利用率,改善家畜生活環(huán)境和減少反芻動(dòng)物甲烷排放等方面進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的闡述,并對(duì)大蒜素今后需深入研究的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, environmental pollution of animal husbandry has become a hot issue in the world. Based on the effect of allicin on animal husbandry environmental protection, this paper aims at reducing the antibiotic residues in excreta, reducing the content of nutrients in excreta, and improving the utilization rate of feed. The improvement of living environment of domestic animals and the reduction of methane emission from ruminants were systematically expounded, and the future problems of allicin in the future were prospected.
