固態(tài)發(fā)酵中2種微生物降解玉米秸稈效果的對比研究

【摘要】:為探究哈茨木霉(Trichoderma harzianum)和枯草芽孢桿菌(Bacillus subtilis)這2種菌株在固態(tài)發(fā)酵條件下降解玉米秸稈的效果,通過25 d的室內發(fā)酵培養(yǎng)試驗對固態(tài)發(fā)酵中添加哈茨木霉和枯草芽孢桿菌后玉米秸稈的有機碳、纖維素、木質素、纖維素酶活、木聚糖酶活以及β-葡萄糖苷酶活變化進行對比研究。結果表明:發(fā)酵第10~16 d時,哈茨木霉和枯草芽孢桿菌處理的玉米秸稈分解速率、纖維素酶活、木聚糖酶活和β-葡萄糖苷酶活均達到最高,發(fā)酵25 d后,2種微生物處理的玉米秸稈分別累積降解了21.79%和20.12%,說明兩者的降解效果差異不大;與枯草芽孢桿菌處理相比,哈茨木霉處理的秸稈剩余量、有機碳含量、剩余秸稈有機碳總量分別降低了1.67%、0.26%和1.80%,秸稈纖維素降解率、秸稈木質素降解率、纖維素酶活、木聚糖酶活和β-葡萄糖苷酶活分別升高了6.99%、6.54%、0.7 FPU·m L~(-1)、0.04 IU·m L~(-1)和9.26 IU·m L~(-1),說明添加哈茨木霉和枯草芽孢桿菌均可以降解秸稈,但兩者對玉米秸稈的降解效果差異不明顯。
[Abstract]:In order to study the degradation effect of Trichoderma harzianum (Trichoderma harzianum) and Bacillus subtilis (Bacillus subtilis) in solid state fermentation, The organic carbon, cellulose, lignin and cellulase activity of corn straw after adding Trichoderma harzii and Bacillus subtilis to solid fermentation were studied in 25 days. The changes of xylanase activity and 尾-glucosidase activity were compared. The results showed that the decomposition rate, cellulase activity, xylanase activity and 尾 -glucosidase activity of corn straw treated by Trichoderma harzianum and Bacillus subtilis reached the highest at 10 ~ 16 days after fermentation. After 25 days of fermentation, the corn straw treated by Trichoderma harzii had a cumulative degradation rate of 21.79% and 20.12% respectively, indicating that the degradation effect was not different between the two treatments, and the residual amount and organic carbon content of straw treated by Trichoderma harziformis were similar to those of Bacillus subtilis treatment. The total organic carbon content of residual straw decreased by 0.26% and 1.80%, respectively. The degradation rate of straw cellulose, the degradation rate of straw lignin, the activity of cellulase were also decreased. The activities of xylanase and 尾 -glucosidase increased 6.99 ~ 6.54 ~ (0.7 FPU / L ~ (-1) and 9.26 IU / L ~ (-1) respectively, indicating that both Trichoderma harzii and Bacillus subtilis could degrade the straw, but there was no significant difference between them.
