【摘要】：研究不同根序細(xì)根根際土壤微生物群落組成結(jié)構(gòu)對(duì)深入了解根系-微生物互作關(guān)系具有重要意義.本研究采用Illumina Mi Seq測(cè)序平臺(tái),對(duì)楊樹(shù)人工林非根際土壤和不同根序細(xì)根根際土壤的真菌群落結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析.物種注釋結(jié)果顯示:楊樹(shù)1~2級(jí)根(R1)、3級(jí)根(R2)和4~5級(jí)(R3)根際及非根際土壤(NR)中分別包含128、124、130和101個(gè)真菌屬,表明楊樹(shù)根際存在對(duì)真菌群落構(gòu)建的選擇性機(jī)制.不同根序根際土壤中相對(duì)豐度1%的真菌屬有7個(gè),木霉屬在1~2級(jí)根根際土壤中豐度較高,毛孢子菌屬和曲霉屬分別是3級(jí)根和4~5級(jí)根根際土壤中豐度最高的真菌屬.α多樣性指數(shù)表明:根際土壤真菌的多樣性在不同根序間存在顯著差異,低級(jí)根顯著高于高級(jí)根(P0.05).β多樣性指數(shù)表明:真菌群落隨著序級(jí)的升高差異性不斷上升,相似性不斷降低.不同根序細(xì)根根際真菌群落的趨異化組成和結(jié)構(gòu)與細(xì)根功能具有密切關(guān)系.
[Abstract]:It is important to study the soil microbial community composition structure of different root order fine rhizosphere soil in order to understand the relationship between root and microorganism. In this study, Illumina Mi Seq sequencing platform was used to analyze the community structure of fungi in non-rhizosphere soil and fine rhizosphere soil of poplar plantation. The results of species annotation showed that the rhizosphere and non-rhizosphere soil of poplar R1 / 2 and R1 / R3) contained 128124130 and 101 genera, respectively, indicating that there was a selective mechanism for fungal community construction in poplar rhizosphere. There were 7 fungi genera with relative abundance of 1% in rhizosphere soil of different rhizosphere sequence, while Trichoderma had higher abundance in rhizosphere soil of grade 1 or 2. The genus Cryosporium and Aspergillus were the most abundant fungi genera in rhizosphere soil of grade 3 and grade 4 respectively. A diversity index indicated that the diversity of fungi in rhizosphere soil was significantly different among different rhizosphere sequences. The 尾 -diversity index of lower roots was significantly higher than that of higher ones. 尾 -diversity index indicated that the difference of fungi community increased with the increase of sequence level, and the similarity decreased continuously. The dissimilation composition and structure of different root order fine rhizosphere fungi communities are closely related to fine root function.
