不同有機酸對磷酸三鈣溶解能力的研究

【摘要】:為研究不同有機酸對磷酸三鈣的溶解作用,將草酸等10種有機酸施加到磷酸三鈣無機磷培養(yǎng)基中培養(yǎng)6 d,測定培養(yǎng)基中速效磷的含量,并對溶解磷酸三鈣能力較強的5種有機酸進行正交試驗,進一步比較研究其解磷能力。試驗結果表明,這10種有機酸都可以促進磷酸三鈣的溶解,但它們的溶磷能力卻有顯著差異。其中草酸、酒石酸、丙酮酸、乳酸及乙酸等5種有機酸溶磷能力較強,蘋果酸、α-戊二酸的溶磷能力較弱,丙酸、富馬酸、檸檬酸溶解磷酸三鈣的能力最弱。對5種溶磷能力較強的有機酸進行正交試驗結果表明,它們溶解磷酸三鈣的能力由強到弱依次是:酒石酸、丙酮酸、乳酸、草酸、乙酸。
[Abstract]:In order to study the dissolution effect of different organic acids on tricalcium phosphate, 10 kinds of organic acids, such as oxalic acid, were applied to the culture medium of tricalcium phosphate inorganic phosphorus for 6 days, and the content of available phosphorus in the medium was determined. Five organic acids with strong ability to dissolve tricalcium phosphate were studied by orthogonal experiments. The results showed that all of the 10 organic acids could promote the dissolution of tricalcium phosphate, but there were significant differences between them. Among them, oxalic acid, tartaric acid, pyruvate, lactic acid and acetic acid were the most effective organic acids, malic acid and 偽 -glutaric acid were weak, propionic acid, fumaric acid and citric acid had the weakest ability of dissolving tricalcium phosphate. The results of orthogonal experiments on five organic acids with high phosphorus solubility showed that their ability to dissolve tricalcium phosphate from strong to weak was tartaric acid, pyruvate, lactic acid, oxalic acid and acetic acid.
