UV-C處理對(duì)貢橘冷害的影響

【摘要】:為探討UV-C處理對(duì)貢橘冷害的影響,以貢橘為試材,在貯前分別用0、1、3、5 KJ·m~(-2)UV-C輻射處理,研究在1℃貯藏時(shí),果實(shí)冷害指數(shù)、失重率、果皮細(xì)胞膜透性、MDA、POD、SOD等指標(biāo)的變化。結(jié)果表明,3 KJ·m~(-2)的UV-C處理能有效延遲貢橘果實(shí)的冷害發(fā)生時(shí)間,并能減輕冷害癥狀,降低果實(shí)失重率,降低細(xì)胞膜透性,抑制MDA的積累,提高果實(shí)POD、SOD活性。由此可見(jiàn),適當(dāng)劑量的UV-C處理能提高貢橘對(duì)低溫的適應(yīng)性,降低冷害的發(fā)生,延長(zhǎng)果實(shí)貯藏期,減少經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。本研究結(jié)果為減緩柑橘類(lèi)果實(shí)冷害提供了理論依據(jù)。
